When I called to ask about it, the guy on the phone was unbelievably rude. When I asked if they could refund the money and then I could come in and figure out what's going on so this doesn't happen again, he gave me attitude and said they don't give refunds and that I should have made a copy of the contract I signed when I signed up with them....from 10 years ago....? I then told him I'd be switching banks then because this is ridiculous and he HUNG UP ON ME!! When I called back and asked why I was hung up on...he hung up again. So unprofessional and I am so done with this bank.

Saturday morning ... went into bank to open a savings account. There were about a half dozen…read morecubicles with 3 employees in them. Two employees were having a conversation, a third was just sitting there. After a few minutes a woman who was having a conversation came out of the cubicle and asked if she could help us. We said we wanted to open a savings account. She looked us up and down and then asked if we had an appointment. An appointment!?!? I have never had to make an appointment to open a savings account. In typical Clifton Park highfalutin attitude, she went on to say that they were busy and had other appointments scheduled. What I saw were 3 people sitting at their desks with no customers! We made an appointment for next Saturday. When I asked how long it would take to open the account, we were told 45 minutes to an hour! For a savings account?! To recap: we were trying to give the bank our money. The bank employee was snotty, and basically told us to come back another time. We found this whole experience ridiculous. Even though we made an appointment, we will be looking for another banking institution. I wouldn't recommend the Clifton Park branch of Bank of America if you are expecting good customer service.

The staff is super friendly and it's good to see the same faces on the teller line in an industry with a high turnover. I used the ATM and I feel that it is a little inconvenient to use it from the car compared to other ATMs due to the posts protecting the ATM. My rating is for the staff at the branch for providing outstanding service.

Adk trust told me they wouldn't lend to me because I lived in a trailer park. Sorry I leave below my means? I felt very looked down upon and chose to bank elsewhere. That loan was since paid off. Never missed a payment. Adk trust will never have my business.
