Not only did she get us approved for the vehicle we were looking at she was able to refinance the other two auto loans that we have and save us money each month without extending the term. I went into the branch and asked her if it was possible to waive an overdraft fee, since it had less than 24 hrs of being posted and the bank didn't notify me of it. She told me that it wasn't a bank error and that I should keep better track of my spending. While I was asking her other questions she was always cutting me off and trying to get rid of me. At the end I told her that I was disappointed of the obsolete technology of their bank and the lack of communication with their customers, and that I will close my account. She told me "It's ok, I understand" and began to leave her office. I moved from Trustco to NBT expecting a better service, but they're both horrible banks with expensive fees, an obsolete system, and a lack of respect for their clients.
