The manager was very helpful there in Getting the right people on the phone to help me out. The small branch at Cape canaveral space force base was also super helpful in getting my card back and kept constant communication in the process. Their manager and staff helped me to feel better about my situation as it shouldn't have happened in the first place and they helped me to see that the one bad apple at the call center shouldn't spoil the bunch. I'd give 0 stars if I can. The reviews here say it all about this branch and this company. I'm 25 years active duty and Their ATM stole my USAA debit card. The business the atm was at said that he Launch credit union atm has done this several times. Called the Launch credit union branch and the female rep told me it must be my bank and my card that had an issue as to why it was taken. I called my bank while Launch was on 3-way and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with my card or account so this is not my fault . As soon as the Launch credit union woman heard that, she hung up from the 3-way call and now I have to pay for a new card and expediting fees. Launch is the worst to deal with. No accountability.

The sending institution, Space Coast, confirmed the transfer that same day, meaning the funds have been in this bank's possession ever since. Yet, several days later, I still cannot access my own money because the bank placed an unexplained hold on the transfer. What makes this even more frustrating is that the bank's website does not disclose that incoming electronic transfers are subject to holds. Electronic transfers are verified at the time they are sent and received, so there appears to be no reasonable justification for withholding access to the funds. I contacted corporate and was told the local branch manager would call me back. That promise was made yesterday, and I have still received no call. The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency has been unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight for access to money that has already been verified and received by the bank. After being a long-time customer, I expected far better service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this institution.

Idiots in Atlanta only saw cash deposits and flagged me as a drug dealer / terrorist / money launderer. Got sent from my branch to this one where all the smart people are. Three hours in the lobby, not getting paid, and they don't know nuthin'. Then I ask them, "can't you see that each one came out of my business account like 1 minute before?" "Oh, you have a business account? Let me look at that". Another half an hour. "Oh, we're so sorry". Well now I get a letter from some "CPWM Regulatory Team" saying nothing about anything but have yourself and your money out the door by Dec 21, final decision. About what? Doesn't say. Nothing but voice mail at the number in the letter. Smells like the same sh!t. And I'm not alone evidently. Gun shops getting the same letter. I guess being self employed is a crime now. (I deposited $300 and started using it as a credit card in order to improve my record). Nine years later after reaching a credit of $3,700.00 I was late this year one time due to the Pandemia and they decided not to only charge me $33.00 for the late payment but to lower my credit amount to $ 450.00. I have been a customer which always pays my credit cards in full each month and never a minimum payments due in the past years. But they seem to forgot to check my payment history for one late paytment you will definately be punished by this Bank like in my case ruining the credit I had already built. They have completly damage my credit that I have been trying to built for so long. After talking to 3 different friends who used to Bank with Wells Fargo they also had a drastict decrease without a good reason. Keep your eye on this credit card I would definately recomend Capital One as long as you pay your bill on time they will increase your credit limit without asking. I recently opened an account at Wells Fargo and part of the requirement was to deposit a certain amount of money within a specific time frame. Because I have a packed travel schedule, I stopped by this branch to make the deposit. The branch where I opened my account recommended that I deposit cash so there wouldn't be a hold. Reviews from another platform said that this branch didn't accept cash deposits so I was hoping that wasn't the case. Plenty of spaces in the private parking lot and there's an ATM in front of the bank. I was greeted promptly when I arrived. Two cashiers/tellers were working the windows and at least one other employee was at the desks. Rosanna was very patient and helpful - I didn't know my account number as it is a new account and was having trouble logging into the app. She took the cash and promptly deposited it into my account. Within minutes, it showed in the app. I'd bank here again.
