I've been meaning to write this since we moved in - and as I'm not one to normally (or ever) write…read morereviews, this time I felt compelled. I'm basically posting this to all my social media outlets as they deserve it. Some people do their job because they have to - its obvious that Greg and Dawn do it because they love what they do. Here's my story: After 8 years of being in Westchester, my wife and I decided to finally decide to cut the renting cord and buy our own place. However - there were some complications that we knew we would have. Being self-employed means the typical W2 paystubs that banks were looking for wouldn't cut it - and hoops would have to be jumped through. Enter Greg Pfeiffer and Dawn Sullivan of All Shores Mortgage. They were like lion tamers they way they worked with the banks. At one point things I was getting stressed out for all the paperwork that we had to get together, and Gregs comment to me was "Don't worry Mike - I have backups of backups. One way or another I'm getting you into this house." Greg was a man of his word and within 2 months of us finding the house we wanted, we were in. When I tell people how fast this went, no one can believe it; but we found the house on June 5th and closed on August 10th. I can't speak highly enough of the All Shores Mortgage team, and I have recommended them personally to multiple friends just within the past month. Without Greg and Dawn, there is no way we would have been able to get into the house of our dreams; and I can't thank them enough. They were with us throughout the entire process and walking us through any hurdles that came up. Without them I am sure that I wouldn't be typing this review from within my new house. Thank you both!
