It took weeks to get it addressed and then was told the roof issue was not their fault. After finally getting that resolved, I just thought this was a one off. After all, working with them for over 10 years had always been a great experience. Now, I need two other roofs replaced. I called Tanner Roofing for one of the roofs and received a quote (total only - no detail) almost 20% higher that what State Farm says it should cost. When I asked Tanner Roofing for a quote with line-item details, I was told they do not provide details - only totals. A few hours later I received a text asking for the insurance payment details. Did Tanner Roofing sell out to someone? They are clearly a different business than what they once were. They are not focused on customer service or customer retention. My years of using only Tanner Roofing do not matter at all to them. I will not get a quote from them from my second roof - and am now looking for a new roofing company. They just seem 'oily' now....

It was expected he was to provide an updated quote and after 12 days of nothing received I questioned him. Roswell was then defensive and rude wi his response. I chose Rowell because of a personal recommendation but then learned no one had actually done business with his company. Limited experience. Limited and unfaithful communication make him hard to work with. Roswell tried to place blame on myself who admitted to not have had any experience with this situation. Ge reassured me that he had my best interest in mind. Everything changed after the first interaction. Save your time and work with a professional.

They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.
