I like to keep this review updated, since I have Bell Plumbing out multiple times a year. Service is still absolutely amazing. Cody and Jaylen came out to service my water heater this year, and again, I just really love the team. They are prompt, super professional and just the most friendly guys you will meet. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. Even though Ive never met Jenna in person, she is just a delight to deal with, always gets me on the schedule promptly, and always gets me the answers I need, which is super helpful, because I am out of state. I do not recommend this company as they avoided my attempts to get a quote for service after I paid them for the overpriced initial visit that was said to be free by the receptionist. My texts went unanswered for over a week and my calls kept getting forwarded to voicemail. Once I stated I would put a review online I got an immediate response that they are not interested in working on my project that the receptionist was confident about them fixing during the initial phone conversation. This is not acceptable and if you are not confident in doing a job this should have been said during the initial overpriced site visit. Thank you. read more

Everyone hates having to call a plumber because it usually means waiting all day and feeling at the mercy of a stranger to treat you fair. This was not the case when I called Brandon Bell Plumbing. My wife had found good reviews online so we called him. He responded almost immediately and confirmed a time for the next day and arrived on time. Brandon was professional, polite, and he communicated what he was going to do. He repaired my issue and charged a very reasonable price. I thought it going to be more. Everyone seems to have a tip jar out these days and plumbing is not a service you thing about tipping, but I actually thought about it after he left. We had a leaky sink faucet *and* a faulty garbage disposal (one caused the other). Mr. Bell and his helper arrived on time and quickly fixed the issue (replaced disposal and nearby pipes) at the price I had been quoted. Will call them again when I have plumbing problems. read more

Brandon Bell was knowledgeable and got my system fixed appropriately. I had 110 psi and it was too high. Suggested I call city to see what's up, when the were going to tell us to get pressure reducers/ and expansion tank + a new hot water heater. Best experience I have ever had with a plumber. I had a number of honey-dos that would have been very frustrating if not potentially dangerous if I would have done them. I called Brandon just after 8AM Tuesday morning two days before Thanksgiving. I explained my situation concerning leaking toilets and clogged sewer lines. He arrived earlier than expected, just three hours after calling. Besides being prompt and courteous, he was very efficient and knowledgeable. A broken flange had to be replaced and anchored to the concrete floor along with replacing the wax ring. He cleaned up when he finished and left the area tidy.
