I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the damage your car wash caused to my…read morevehicle and the complete lack of communication I have received since reporting the incident of my broken front windshield window. On Saturday, July 11th, I brought my vehicle through your car wash. During the wash, my vehicle's window was damaged due to equipment training and the actions of your staff/new employee. I reported the issue immediately and was assured that someone would contact me regarding the repair process which has yet to take place after multiple calls requesting to speak with management. Since then, I have received no communication from your business. My calls and inquiries have either gone unanswered or have been met with vague promises that someone would "get back to me." Despite the damage being caused while my vehicle was in your care, I have been left waiting without answers, updates, or any indication that you are taking responsibility for the situation. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. Not only am I dealing with a damaged vehicle, but I am also wasting my time chasing information that should have been voluntarily provided by your company. If I do not receive a response within [5-7 business days], I will consider pursuing other avenues to recover my damages, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, posting factual reviews of my experience, and seeking legal remedies if necessary.

I had the most unprofessional experience with a employee of this establishment today. I was at the touchless car wash tunnel and the spray arm that goes around the vehicle kept hitting my side mirror which was folded in, at first I did not think too much of it since the arm had a foam cover on it...but it was all ripped up by the spray nossil area.After the wash I got out to inspect it and found out the nossil kept hitting the side mirror and left deep scratches on it. I went ahead and let an employee (older gentleman) know about the situation.I showed him the damage and the torn up foam on the arm with exposed metal that caused the damage.This employee just started yelling profanity thru out the discussion and told me to get out.I told this guy that touchlesswash arm will damage more vehicles and I am not showing you this for a handout.I told him I been coming here for years and his response was more profanity and "I don't care and get the f*** out"I was extremely shocked by this guy's behavior.All this time I was calm thru the conversation. I've been a member at this Car Wash off and on for since they opened. It's been open perhaps 3…read moreyears now, and it is the closest to my house. Invariably, something is broken at this car wash all the time. There were days when... during advertised business hours, cones were up and they were not washing cars. When asked, I was told it was IT issues. There's always something wrong here. Pull up to a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work. There was a broken gate, and so they coned up one entry point. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you need a quick wash and scan in... and you have to sit there for 10 minutes while someone in front of you punches a screen with a new customer... the wash is no longer convenient. This has made me late multiple times. Then, there's the wash itself. I could not fathom taking someone's money, and the brushes that wash the sides of the car simply not working. The last 3 times I've driven through, it's the brushes that wash the top of the car that literally touch the hood of your car, then retract. The entire top of my car, windshield, hood, and back hatch haven't been washed in a week. When I ask about it... "Our mechanic is supposed to be coming soon." You're taking $300 a year from me. I pay for everything to work properly. Not for your excuses. I even wrote the corporate email and complained. Never received any type of reply. All this communicates one thing to me - they don't give two flips about my business, and have no intention of bettering themselves. In a competitive marketplace... you can't serve up garbage and expect people to pay for it. I, for one, am willing to drive a few extra miles for a comparable price, and machinery and equipment that work. Do better. Seriously.

Another thing I try to do is scrub the car to help get some of those stuck on bugs off the front they have a little area with a solution and scrubber to get off the yuck before going in. They do offer a membership at this location if your looking for a place that offers a deal. As you pull up they offer you a microfiber towel to use on those tough areas and have a bin to dispose of it so they clean and reuse them for there customers which is nice because I never bring one. The wash itself feels like a rave party with all the light I always turn the music up lol. The kids love it and it goes pretty quickly. The vacuum area has double side vacuums for each side of your care so you don't have to pull the vacuum all different directions. This place covers all the things you need to get your car looking pretty
