the boba drinks i got was good. I enjoy the lychee strawberry wonder cheese very much. It was not too sweet nor to bitter. The cheese foam made it taste really good. The second drink i got was a fruit tea. I think it was the lychee strawberry or something similar. This drink was very bitter. I didn't expect it to be bitter. However, it was good. I would recommend something less bitter. The reason for it to be a four stars instead of five because the employees was touching their phone and the service was slow. I was the only person ordering something at the beginning and only one more order after me. I waited for my drinks for like 15 mins and i was the first in line. I discovered Wonder Tea when I was working and had a craving. We ordered through Grub Hub since they didn't deliver. After a few big (expensive) orders I was tired of our money going to Grub Hub and not the family owned business. So I called and asked if there was any way they could deliver for us if we continued to place large orders. Mai was so sweet! She said that their whole goal as a business is to put smiles on faces and they offered to deliver to us! So now we have an agreement and order Boba almost weekly. Visiting my sister in Denver who recommended Wonder Tea and it is amazing! It's located in the building for a market (can't remember the name at the moment), but the cafe is really cute and the server is very nice. I got an iced oolong milk tea with 50% sweetness and it was delicious. The boba literally melts in your mouth and you can actually taste the tea in the drink. This particular time, I ordered taro milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, Thai tea and mango smoothie with golden boba. All were good with just enough sweetness. This was such a pleasant find! I was running some last minute Thanksgiving errands at the Pacific Ocean Marketplace when I stumbled upon this adorable tea spot! During my visit, I ordered a Green Thai Tea and a Mango Mojito for my boyfriend. My Green Thai Tea was delicious! For the curious, it tastes like a mix of Thai tea and matcha green tea. It was delicious but a little too sweet for my taste. As for the Mango Mojito, the mango flavor was not very prominent and there was way too much ice in this drink. My personal recommendation would be to order your drinks with light ice. I typically order my drinks with light ice because I don't like my ice to drink ratio being heavily unbalanced, but here, I made the mistake of not clarifying this detail for the mojito and the drink was about 95% ice, 5% mojito. Went there yesterday for the first time. It's located right inside the entrance fo Pacific Ocean Marketplace. I got the Thai Green Milk Tea with boba. For this specific tea, know that you can't adjust the sugar so it was a little sweet for me (the flavor tastes like Skittles to me haha). The boba is an extra fee. I really like the packaging. I felt bad because only one person was working and they were pretty busy. Would definitely have it again but maybe try a tea where I can adjust the sugar. read more

Wonder Tea is right inside the entrance to Pacific Ocean Marketplace, so don't go crazy looking for it. Completely a world of it's own inside the international grocery store. They had only been open a couple of weeks, so a super cute lady who I believe was the owner was so sweet and so helpful. You have the option of getting most of their drinks hot or cold and they have everything from coffee and milk tea to juice and smoothies and even virgin mojitos. Our coffees were yummy. What an adorable place inside Pacific Ocean Market. The owner was the sweetest. I was ordering drinks and tried ordering a smoothie but then she told me how it melts and the drink could be ruined. I was going to give this to someone so thanks for telling me. She makes the fresh cheese every day, but come a few hours after opening for it. She makes it fresh daily. I got the fruit teas by her recommendations, I got the Lychee and the Mango fruit teas and the strawberry milk tea. All of them were so good. You can taste the tea and the fruit flavors perfectly. The strawberry milk tea at first I was a little hesitant thinking it was going to be a bright pink from syrup, but it's a muted brown. It's just strawberry tea with milk which was really good. Three cheers for cheese tea! Wonder Tea is one of the few boba places around that offers cheese tea. First of all, it's definitely not what you may be initially thinking when you hear "cheese tea." Cheese tea is a drink that originated in Taiwan where cream cheese is whipped until frothy and added to a tea of your choice. If you didn't know it was called "cheese tea," you probably wouldn't even be able to taste the cheese. If you're feeling adventurous, I recommend trying it out, although it's not for everyone (my husband definitely did not like it, haha). I ordered the matcha cream cheese tea and it was absolutely delicious. The cream cheese layer was frothy, light, and not overly sweet. The matcha tea layer itself was also very good. I initially drank the cheese tea layer first, but then I mixed it all up. You can't go wrong either way. My husband got the black milk tea with boba, which was decent. They use chewable crushed ice here, which I wish more boba drink places would offer. You can also select your ice and sugar levels. Didn't get the chance to try their crepes or thai rolled ice cream, but maybe next time! I'm not a boba expert, but this was not really up to par, even for my taste. I got the Thai Tea with boba. It was really sweet. I asked for no sugar, but they said it's pre-mixed already. Being out of state, I had a hard time finding this place. It's located inside the supermarket, but there's no signage outside indicating this, so I was circling around the building looking for one. I wish they had descriptions for their drinks on the menu. Some of the names don't make it easy to tell what is in the drink. I settled on the orantina, since I wanted something carbonated, and was told that it was orange and lime flavored when I asked about it. When I got my drink, I could tell from the color that there would hardly be any orange flavor in it, and my first sip confirmed it. The drink was pretty much clear, and tasted a lot like 7UP. The staff had also forgotten to place my aloe vera in the drink, and ended up just dumping it on top. It got stuck above the ice, and I couldn't get it down to the bottom where I would be able to suck it up with my straw because the limes were blocking the way. Also, with the limes and ice combined, you don't get a lot of ounces of drink. All in all, that was the most overpriced 7UP that I have ever purchased. read more

The atmosphere here is great if you just want to come to study/get work done, hang out with friends and family, or if you're just looking to take photos for the gram! The Matcha Cream Cheese, Wonder Thai Green Tea, and Houjicha Cream Cheese are a must try!! They're creamy, offer a lot of flavor, the boba is made just right (not too hard and not too soft). This place is PHENOMENAL! I have gone here 3 days in a row and everything I have had is delicious! All hand-made with fresh brewed teas, fresh fruit, gourmet syrups.. can't go wrong! Mai is such a sweetheart and really cares about her product being authentic and healthy. The Hokkaido Milk Tea with boba is great, the Virgin Strawberry Mojito is refreshing and pretty, Matcha Ice Blend with boba is amazing... I can go on! I am definitely trying the Wonder Cheese drink next! Awesome place for a drink! Located in POM directly to the right when you walk in the entrance doors. You can't miss the decor and the famous green wall! Love that it's in POM so you can grab a drink while shopping! I've gone about three times and have had great drinks all three times. I highly recommend the Mojitos (passion or strawberry merry) because those are my faves! Super refreshing and tasty! There is a lot of ice in the mojitos so you're not getting that much actual liquid to drink (even if you tell them less ice) which is a downfall, but the flavor is still good. Sometimes, being a little cheesy's not such a bad thing. And in the case of the new Aurora beverage emporium called Wonder Tea, you'll find that the house-specialty "cheese tea" is just one of many drinks that'll have you feeling positively giddy with delight. Now, before folks get some odd images stuck in their heads (Lipton with Velveeta, anyone?), I should explain that the cheese in cheese tea (or as it's sometimes also known, Nai Gai Cha) is actually an inch (or more)-thick layer of cream cheese and cream beaten to a froth and layered like a cap over the tea in question (sometimes with a dash of salt to really bring out the contrasts in flavor). It's delicious, and if you've never had it before, Wonder Tea (located right at the entrance to Pacific Ocean Marketplace) has quite a few variations for you to try. I always say you can't go wrong with the "regular" version (made with the roasted green tea called Ho(u)jicha), but see what you think of (for example) the chocolate, white peach and cereal-topped recipes too. (Incidentally, i personally find it works best to keep the cheese and tea layers as separate as possible while drinking to maximize the flavors, but no-one will chide you if you mix them together). But if that idea still isn't quite doing it for you, don't worry - there are plenty of other beverages to wow you here. For example, you can try an infusion made with butterfly-pea flowers, which naturally give the drink a vivid deep blue color. Or how about a macchiato with the addition of bright-green pennywort leaves (probably best known over here under their Vietnamese name, Rau Ma)? Speaking of colors - it's often (but not always) said that similarly-tinted foods blend well together, taste-wise - and what better way to prove that hypothesis than with a mango/butternut squash smoothie? Alternatively, you can get a little tangy with one of their yogurt/fruit jam blends (they have orange, they have raspberry...). And I haven't even gotten to the best part! If you're feeling a bit peckish, you can also fill that void with a sundae, a savory crepe, or even a bit of sticky rice with coconut ice cream. In short, Wonder Tea's got just the thing for both dairy and non-dairy daredevils. read more

I saw an Instagram photo from this place and was immediately drawn to trying out the tea! I ordered the Thai Green Milk Tea with boba. The young lady who served as the cashier was not very customer service oriented. She gave my fiancé a nasty look when he was trying to decide on his order and she didn't seem too happy when I asked for 50% sugar for my drink. My drink didn't have a lot of flavor so I'm not sure how much flavor would have been in my drink with 25% or 0% sugar... Probably would have tasted like water. The boba was okay though. read more

However, the service I received while here was the worst I have experienced in years. I was ignored for the most part, the only thing that was said to me was when an employee yelled the words "can you just tell me what you want already?!" In my face when I realized that something was wrong with my order. This same employee yelled at several other people. I'm on the autism spectrum, so it takes me a little bit longer to think and chose my words, and this employee made me feel like absolute garbage.
