The counter top is the front of an old ford, the table tops have engineering plan/ motor mappy looking thing under glass, they have a map of the Adelaide hills framed on the wall which looked to me, with the aid of a white board marker is used for motorists to get there where-abouts. The outdoor dining area is really Pretty while the inside dining is very much setup as a motor enthusiast shed, come man cave, come quaint cafe and it totally works!! The coffee and food was really good to-boot (? Is that the right word, not sure... But you get the idea). The Throttle Shed has that tucked away feeling but it's actually not very far off Main North Road at all. They seem to have their regulars as others that came in to the cafe all seemed quite familiar with each other which just added to the overall pleasantness. My husband and I were really glad we stopped to check this place out. Ps. They also appear to be open every day except Tuesdays. (They were even open on Christmas Day according to the signage we saw).

After looking around I returned to them for the motorbike, customer service and future care I feel they will endevour to do and maintain a friendly relationship as they will be the ones who will be servicing my motorbike. I chose, paid for and will be picking my motorbike up on the weekend. It'll be my first bike which they were aware and made sure they gave me as much information about the product as well as the future care of it. Most early bird prices around the CBD finish around 8:30-9am. This one is extended to 9:30am! Schwing! It's location is more in the business district of Adelaide. But, not far to walk to the Adelaide Central Market or Rundle Mall. Only a few minutes either way. The carpark itself has a whole lot of reserved carparking on the lower levels. So, you should expect to have to drive up to one of the top levels. Not nice if you get dizzy on the way down. This carpark is also a little tight, so I have commonly seen people having to manoeuvre their cars back and forth before they can get it out. Best way is to reverse park if you can do that successfully. Only problem with this carpark is that it is not a 24/7 one. On weekends it's open to 12am.

As far as scooter dealers go they are generally small and slightly unempowering (lets face it, you are riding a scooter, this ain't no Hayabusa). I've had my ride serviced by this one man show a number of times and we both know how painful my scooter is to service. I say this because it's a Puegeot and as the importer went bust a few years back it is next to impossible to source parts locally. But we perceiver and only break down every 6 months or so. City Scoots is a great little show with some cool little rides lining the showroom floor. Situated in an adjoining building to Beaurepaires this dealer/repairer has Aprilia, Bolwell and LML scooters with a range of parts and some trick looking exhausts (you may want to attempt to try and look as cool as possible). Though you will turn heads riding around on your new scooter it may not be for good reasons. Never the less for an environmentally friendlier choice and a nice little job to move about town quickly, quietly and with free parking everywhere I highly recommend City Skoots.

Yup, this is cheap one for after-hours. Uparks have always been my go to in the CBD. As I have said in previous reviews, I choose to park here as the Adelaide City Council owns them and the money goes back to the city rather than a private company. This car park has great afterhour rates. As of the date of this review you can park here after hours for $7 flat fee: Mon - Thurs 4pm - 6am Fri 4pm - 12am Sat - 12am - Sun 12am Sun - 12am - Mon 6am It is not centrally located in the CBD, but really doesn't take that long to walk up either Currie or Hindley street to hit King William. Oh, do note that you will need to enter this carpark from the Morphett Street Entry. So, go around Light Square if you need to manoeuvre. The car parks are well spaced, but this is only a one story car park. So it does fill up quite fast. Worth checking for a space though due to the rates. Just a little heads up for the ladies parking here. Bring a friend with you when you park here at night. I have sometimes seen some interesting characters sheltering in here. I've never had any trouble, but better be safe! Apart from that, I park here very regularly and do recommend it as a cheap option if you are hitting down during the night!

Clisby is located only a short distance up Main North Road, about two or three streets after Scotty's Motel, so its not too far at all from the city.
