First off, thru set up the wrong type of checking account for my teen so we had to close it and start another. Not a big deal, but a pain. We had fraud on several of our accounts and the Rep was useless. They do nothing at the on-site location when it comes to fraud. All thru do is pick up the phone to call the frauds department which I could have done at home. It was handled eventually, but that was a mess as well. There should be zero incompetence of bank personnel. One should be fully trained. There are banks on every corner, don't think customers won't leave. Treat them will respect.
