Today, they deposited MY check from TownCenter into MY account at Towncenter. Then acted confused when I asked for my money. I went in and told them it was not a deposit, but a withdraw. They then showed me someone else's check for a payment on their loan. They explained that I had made a payment on my load and handed me the check. Well I don't have a loan with TownCenter and that was not even my check. I later looked at my account and they had taken double the money out of my account. When I called I was told that tomorrow all my money would be available. They need to learn the difference between a deposit and a withdraw, maybe they could ask a Third grader to explain it to them. Also, make sure you count your money prior to leaving, more than once they have shorted me money... Maybe counting is not this banks thing.

We were lazy (at the time with a new born) and never made it to bank with proper deposit bc we thought we had enough in the account to cover outstanding checks. We do not mind paying overdraft fees if we are wrong but THEY TRIPLE CHARGED US!!! After painstakingly pointing out to the half wit of a bank manager she agreed that that they overcharged us twice and had no explanation of why she stated she could only credit us for 1 because her boss was out sick. This was the last straw.

I waited approximately 30 minutes, and during that time the line did not move at all. When we arrived, there were no cars in the drive-through. One employee finished helping a customer in the lobby, told the next customer "I'll be right with you," and then turned to assist the drive-through instead. She proceeded to help four cars and never returned to assist the customers who were waiting inside. I understand the need to balance lobby and drive-through service, but it was frustrating to see the lobby line completely stalled while drive-through customers were prioritized, especially after being told help would be right with us. I ended up leaving and not making the deposit. Not Sure I want to go back!!!
