I was very unimpressed with the selection and the service was generally awful. Not only were there several employees standing around and not offering help, but when it was time to check out several of them were rude and uppity in all of their responses. I have also heard from several people their difficulty in doing exchanges (they do not allow store credit or returns), nor do they mention before purchasing. Definitely would not recommend to others. .

There is always something seasonal whether that is late-year holidays, spring decor, or nifty merch in line with the local sportsball teams. You can easily spend wayyyy too much time in here, maybe leafing through some fun books or admiring the handmades & artisanal jewelry. Their jewelry section, which is mostly earrings and accent rings, is sourced from artisans both locally and regionally. I tend to pick up a stocking stuffer here just about every time I'm in because I know I'm not going to find those exact pieces anywhere else. Detail: the up-cycled clothes, such as Chiefs-themed distressed jeans, are ridiculously cool. The prices may be a touch more here and there, but you aren't likely to find some of those items elsewhere and therein lies the real value. Add in that the staff is always friendly and welcoming and the whole place has a happy feel. Parking is, well, Brookside, so get out and browse. I was the only customer in the store at the time, but I wasnt ripping through racks by any means and actively made sure to leave items/racks how they were, so i genuinely dont understand what this comment was made for. It felt uncomfortable and inappropriate to be addressed this way, almost in a disciplinary manner. I absolutely understand wanting to keep the store organized and being upset that you just finished reorganizing things, but this is a store where people will be shopping. I was at a store next-door to this business so I decided to drop in and see what they had. So I looked through the various racks of clothing and women's purses, etc. I ended up purchasing two sport tank tops. One was a Nike and another one was an Eddie Bauer. After the 40% off, I believe my purchase came to around $12. They have a wide selection of clothing, but quite a few of it was not my style. I believe this shop is for women that are probably late 30s and older. I tend to buy more clothing that is current with the trends as long as they look nice on me and I only saw a few jeans and a couple shirts that looked a little bit more modern. The shop was busy and the sales lady was exceptional in helping anyone that needed it. I would say the reason I did not give it a five star, is that there were several shirts that I looked at and I was interested in but they had stains on them. The clothing looked clean and pressed, but they probably should not have accepted those items for resale. This is a resell women's clothing store.
