Upon picking up my boots a was disappointed to see loose sloppy stitching, glue being used to hold parts of the boot together, and just overall poor craftsmanship. About three weeks after getting these boots back the repair is separating in places due to the glue not holding and the loose stitches are starting to tear. Also wanted to add that they were poorly re-dyed which I did not agree to. Disappointing because I had heard nothing but good things about this place. Do not recommend.

My son and I were in the establishments approximately 45 minutes to an hour and no one came to offer assistance or even acknowledge that we were in the store. My son did find a pair of boots that he really liked only to find that the one boot was smaller than the other. Instead of someone offering to help or get in the back room to see if they had another pair, we looked around and then left. It is too bad that another store in town got their business. However, I guess when you get somebody that's greeting you and shows you to what you're looking for, and then offers advice it's a little easier to drop about $150 for a pair of boots. I gave three stars only because of selection, but would only give one star if it comes to customer service.
