Amazing place !!!!!! Worth the stop for sure. Breakfast food and drinks and then the lunch menu finishes the day. Can't go wrong with any item.

This place is amazing! We were driving through to Washington and stopped for breakfast and coffee. Their menu for food and for drinks was huge! The woman working, who i assume is the owner, was very sweet. I had the German Chocolate Latte which was delicious and a sausage breakfast burrito- so flavorful and was honestly one of the best breakfast burritos i have had in so long!! thank you so much!

Brand 44.....................so inspired, so friendly, so ICONIC!…read more Let me start by saying there is no where else like Brand 44, at least not for 100's of miles from here. Sure, you can easily find a great breakfast place, maybe even just down the street, but you won't get Brand 44's exceptional-in-every-way total package. First of all, the menu is chock full of some truly inspired, creative, and yummy food you won't find almost anywhere. (And same for the morning cocktails!). Secondly, the waitstaff somehow remains so friendly and engaging despite the restaurant nearly always being super busy. Thirdly, the ambience is a wonderful combo of relaxed, fun, and cozy. Lastly, you aren't going to pay more than the average going rate for an artisnal (non-Denny's) breakfast! As mentioned, and for obvious reasons, Brand 44 can be crowded and busy, impacting both parking and wait times, so plan accordingly. Parking isn't actually a problem - you WILL find a spot - but it may require a short walk. If you aren't seated right away, there are cornhole boards out back, as well as outside seating. Dogs are welcome in this area. Now, the wrap this up: if you haven't been, then you MUST GO. And, don't wait too long because Brand 44 is for sale. The 3 wonderful female owners have created something truly special indeed, but that creativity and daily effort of giving it 100% is exhausting and they are ready to move on. It will be a sad day, for sure. Anyway, GO visit. You will be glad you did.

She says you can call 48 hours ahead and they'll have gluten free donuts for you on the weekend?! I was there for my final 40th birthday celebration and she said they normally do bday donuts but they don't have gf on weekdays. I asked if I could have gf French toast and my request was granted! The bread held up nicely to being French toastified too. I got the gf carnitas Benedict. I actually liked the toast hamburger bun the used. It also held up to the moist meat and the hollandaise sauce. I got plain hollandaise subbed so it wouldn't be spicy. The meat was good with the classic Benedict stuff. My friend got the regular Benedict and liked it. And my other friend got a pesto omelette and she appreciated how none of the flavors overpowered the others. And as a healthy person she liked that she could get a side of cottage cheese. A very good experience!

I arrived around 11am on a Thursday to find the place absolutely packed with people! As a lone diner, they were able to fit me right in at the counter seating. I'm not a big eater for breakfast, so I was very relieved when they said they could do a half order of biscuits and gravy. Thank goodness! When they brought out the "half order", the singular biscuit was HUGE. And the bowl of gravy was generous. The biscuit was like a giant version of my Southern born grandmother's biscuits, and the gravy was very traditional and tasty. I looked around at my fellow diners' plates, and the portions all seemed incredible, especially for the prices I saw on the menu. The guy waiting the counter was super friendly and fun to chat with, as was another local to my right. This is 100% that local favorite breakfast place, as evidenced by the packed restaurant at 11am on a Thursday. It's down home and real. Nothing fancy, but the food is honest.

The young lady that greeted us had the personality of day old bread, kind of stale. There was a table of 4 and a table of 8. Two being kid's, and now us. 2. I thought this will not take long, boy was I mistaken. The table if 4 where just finishing up. And the table of 8. I thought we're finishing because the kids were still eating. Nope, they were bringing 1 plate at a time, for other 6. They forgot 1 of the 6, the person said don't worry about it. They just wanted to get out of there. A lady with purple hair, I assume she owned the nasty place half heartily made up excuses. Now are turn, took forever to take our order. We order - 1 breakfast sandwich, asked what type of bread, requested sourdough. Ham steak, eggs over medium, hash browns and sourdough bread. Order of Indian fried bread. What came 30 minutes later - Breakfast sandwich with rye bread that sat at the pass for 10 minutes, it was nasty. Ham luke warm, eggs over hard, microwave hash browns and sourdough bread, not toast. No butter, no jam. And least but not least, NO INDIAN FRIED BREAD. The you lady who sat us, also served us. Never came back to refuel our water cups Never checked on how the foods was. When she finally came, I told about both breads. She had a look of bewilderment. I said don't worry, no we are sorry no anything. Now last but not least- I used the restroom as my wife did. SAYING NASTY IS BE NICE!!!! THE WHOLE PLACE IS DIRTY. I COULD NOT GET OUT OF THERE FAST ENOUGH. When I go that way again. I'm going to speed up as I pass there. I stress, do not, I mean do not stop there! They need to be inspected by the county.

Loved the friendly vibes here!…read more We were staying nearby passing through Oregon and The Spot was one of the places in town open a little bit later, so we decided to come here and I'm so glad we did. It's a beautiful set up with an outdoor patio set up with lights and fire pits as well as plenty of indoor seating for the cold and rainy weather days. It's a good place for dinner or just to chill over drinks. My friend and I came by Saturday night around 8:30 pm and it wasn't too crowded. We weren't super hungry, so we just got some chips and salsa to share as well as a drink each. The food menu is just one page and looked pretty basic imo, but the drink/cocktail menu is really where The Spot shines. They have a huge selection of specialty margaritas and martinis along with other specialty cocktails. Of course, since it's Oregon, there's a large variety of wines and beers (draft and canned) as well. My friend got one of the beers on tap, and I asked the bartender (also the owner as I found out later) to make me a mocktail. He was able to whip something up with non-alcoholic gin that was tasty. My one issue with my experience here - based on the final amount I paid (it's so much easier to calculate when you don't have to worry about taxes), I think my mocktail was $15 which seemed pricy to me, given that many of the cocktails on the menu are the same price or even cheaper.
