I reached out via IG as the project I wanted was not listed on the site. I wanted customized pillow cases for my upcoming vacation. All in all, Andre responded to my inquiry the same day AND get this?!......... the total price was super affordable. I purchased 2 satin pillow cases via Amazon and provided Teez Cafe with the pillow cases for the customization. He pulled up my project on the screen to allow me to make any additional edits, etc. Talk about super accommodating. I paid $30 for 2 customized pillow cases and he accepts cards. One thing I will add is appointments are mandatory, no walk-ins! Especially since its a black-owned business and sort of hard to find. But it's totally worth it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it took him 3-4 days to finish my project AND once completed delivered it to me in a nice tote bag. I'm sure he has tons of other complicated orders to fulfill. She gave me amazing guidance when it came to selecting the size for the print design. I had her print on three different styles (see pictures attached) The tops needed a different screens: XS to L was a certain size then we sized up a tad for the XL to 4XL. The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product. Overall I am extremely pleased with Eva's professionalism and I am looking forward to hiring her again. I would also like to add that she was in communication with me throughout the whole process and I really appreciate that.
