Pricing strategy was extremely flawed and used inadequate information and so was off by 40K undervaluing the home but would have delivered a fast sale for the profit of the realtor. I'll never forget how dour this person looked. She never said a word to us, even when I offered to help put the sign in her car. Fast forward a few years to today. A house near us is a foreclosure house listed by Fiedler and listing them as a contact for anything wrong with the property. There has been a window open for almost two weeks (top of window dropped down). I've called twice and emailed them, yet they don't come to close the window. Last week we had major rain with an inch or two predicted tomorrow. I'd hate to see the water damage! Would I entrust my house to these clowns? No way!
