I'll never forget how dour this person looked. She never said a word to us, even when I offered to help put the sign in her car. Fast forward a few years to today. A house near us is a foreclosure house listed by Fiedler and listing them as a contact for anything wrong with the property. There has been a window open for almost two weeks (top of window dropped down). I've called twice and emailed them, yet they don't come to close the window. Last week we had major rain with an inch or two predicted tomorrow. I'd hate to see the water damage! Would I entrust my house to these clowns? No way!

They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing.
