I was charged $30 and had to wait 30 days to receive the minutes. When the minutes arrived there was no mention of a fence or cost. Two weeks ago I notified Lauren Bowman, our Shabr representative, about damage to the front lawn of our townhouse. The damage was caused by a crew that was installing new wiring for TV reception. I included a photograph of the damage caused by a heavy piece of equipment. The result: Nada. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) rates Property Management Companies using the following scale: A+ A A- B+ B B- C+ C C-. I tracked 10 companies in our region. 7 of them received an A+ rating, 1 an A rating and 2 a C+ rating. Shabri was rated C+. ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) represents Condominium managers. ACMO's mission is to advance the quality and performance of condominium managers and management companies and the services that they provide.There are over 50 active condominium management firms that are members. Shabri is not a member. When I asked James North why Shabri was not a member he said that ACMO was no longer relevant. Conclusion: Shabri is NOT a viable choice for Condominium Management.

He refused to help get his client to stop.I moved into the unit on August 31 and on September13 his client served me a N12 in bad faith. His client told me I have to move because my landlord Lina Damiano decided that she needs to find a full time live in nurse for her 92 year old Mom who lives on the main floor in the apartment house I am currently renting.. Lina who lives next door says its too hard for her to come over here, take care of her mom and make meals for her. So  this person would then get my apartment. I can't do the job as I'm not a nurse. I work in customer service .  I have Crohns disease, back and hip injuries and your clients behavior is negatively impacting my health. I have enough on my plate with my health issues, being laid off at my job & trying to find a new one plus trying to find a new place to live. His client Michela Lina Damiano is continuing to harrass me.  Since I was given the N12 notice on Sept 12. She has repeatedly been at my door harrassing me. Today for instance after taping the 24 hours written notice to my door. Lina repeatedly knocked on my door at 8:40am. I answered the door. She put her foot in my door so I couldn't close it. I explained to her that I have a lot to do today and don't have time to argue. She then went on for over 8 minutes. I recorded the conversation ( which is attached). Thankfully a gray haired lady with glasses wearing a spring green dress came up the driveway calling Lina so I was able to end the conversation. Then starts calling me at 9:16am. As per the landlord and tenant act Landlord not to harass, etc. 23 A landlord shall not harass, obstruct, coerce, threaten or interfere with a tenant.  2006, c. 17, s. 23
