We are very fortunate that we had the recommendation as we had great success finding an excellent home that closed at a great negotiated price in 2014. We recently enlisted Patrick and his team to sell that same home, and they did at an excellent price in a very short time. While you can argue it's a seller's market now, you still need a realtor that is willing to represent you, your home, and your best interest during the listing process through the closing. The Realty Kings Properties team does that and beyond. Their level of service especially in a pandemic environment of challenging customer service remains as outstanding as it was when we worked with them over 7 years ago. We have and will continue to recommend the Kings and their company to friends and colleagues.

I recently purchase my home with the help of Realty King Properties and it was a terrible…read moreexperience as a first time home buyer! Ivan Mejia was the realtor that I worked with and he was not helpful at ALL! Especially when it came to following up with answers on questions that I had! He made me feel as if he was not dependable and if I had any questions I was better off asking my loan officer. As a first time home buyer you would expect for your realtor to be a bit more patient and want to make sure their client is understanding of what's going on every step of the way, but that wasn't the case. If anything he placed blame on his team members for not following up with me; when it what his responsibility to make sure his client was content. I will not be recommending Realty King Properties to ANYONE!

Never have I ever worked with a title company that cared less about me or my business. Over and over they promised to do things that they did not do. Things as simple as a call or email to provide an update on progress. I called several times and left messages with the front office staff and on answering machines. I even went up to their office once because no one was returning my calls. Even then the person assigned to my file was not available to see me nor did she return my calls. When I called and asked to speak with the person in charge I was told it was the person assigned to my file. Stay away, far away.

The environment from start to finish was very welcoming, and my experience was pleasant! The property is very and beautiful, the welcome area is very clean and pleasant, the general area for fellowship has always been clean, fresh, and inviting. The pool areas are very refreshing. The staff has always been professional, and warm. If given the chance to relocate and downsize my current living arrangement, TCL would be my first choice!

TLDR: faulty fire alarms and AC. No community events and overrun with people who do not live here…read morein the resident spaces. Rosenberg's "luxury" apartments and price point does not mean luxury service. It is 6 in the morning. This is at least the third time the building wide fire alarms have gone off for no reason in less than a month. The first time they started at 4am and went on for over 4 HOURS. At this point, if there ever was a fire, none of us would believe it or actually know, and would be in serious danger. For the 3+ years I have lived here, this happens at least a few times a year and management will just say "sorry nothing we can do". If you have pets, small kids, or work at home, this will ruin your day. These alarms are so loud the neighboring apartments can hear them and if you go in the hallways you can feel the vibrations in your ears. This is on top of my AC going out every year, always at the start of summer. They have always taken multiple days, the first time over a week, to fix this. My AC has now been out for almost that long but they gave me a small unit to use in the mean time. When I first moved in, there were at least some regular resident events, and weekly food trucks. They have stopped the food trucks and now events are always at very inconvenient times with little incentive to go. And you can guarantee on weekends, the pool will be taken over by one family and their extended family and friends, and anyone else who doesn't live here. Also, this is the first place I've lived in without a place or community page for residents to post things to each other, like if they are selling something or trying to host an event. The only way we know is if we get an email or see a flyer in the elevator. Again, the previous management company had this, but the priorities of this company must be very different. Obviously there are some pros, like the wonderfully committed maintenance staff, but they cannot make up for management that continues to let residents feel like an after thought.
