One Agent tried to pull the bait and switch game saying he got the listing mixed up. Unprofessional attitude and immature

Do not work with Lisa Molinelli from this agency. She appears to change agency's a lot which is no…read moresurprise! She may also be a Howards Hanna Coach! I repeat DO NOT WORK WITH HER. She called my agent and said we had an accepted offer. We asked when can we do the inspection? She said Wednesday. Then she called last minute and changed it to Friday. We paid for the inspection on Friday. We told them we are sending over contracts. She said the seller's attorney is on vacation so they won't get the contracts till Monday. Sunday night at 7pm, she calls our agent and says if we don't go higher, they're giving the home to a cash buyer. We had one hour to decide if we should go higher. We ended up sending the contract on Monday with the ORIGINAL accepted offer. She called our agent and was belidergent claiming we changed the terms and they're backing out. They went with a cash offer. She encouraged her sellers not to pay us back for the inspection fee. The sellers were amazing people are knew that was wrong and did pay us. They also had no idea their agent demanded more money from them as they never requested more money from us. They said even with the cash offer, they still were going with us. Lisa not only lied to her clients and did not fulfill her fiduciary duties, she cheated us the buyers too. In the end the sellers did not go with the offer they wanted because of Lisa but the buyers also lost the house they were told they got and paid the inspection for. Let this be a cautionary tale for seller agents not to engage in transactions with Lisa, for buyers not to purchase a home under Lisa or use her as an agent.

I was shown an open house by Craig who is a agent for the firm and he helped me with everything. He was very patient with me and gave me some really good suggestions and ideas. Pristine was the realtor that my realtor worked with to try and buy a house. Offer was accepted,…read morethen three weeks later Pristine said that the owner was not going to sign the contract because they had another offer. An offer that was higher than ours and they were going to open up the closed pool for the other offer. Why would the Owner accept an offer for a higher price???? Paid $800 for an inspection and money was not going to be returned to me. Very unethical and down right suspicious for so many reasons. The realtor Cliff Ciscolli is nasty and unprofessional beyond words. People like this should not be in business!!!!!!

DO YOU HAVE WATER LEAKING INTO YOUR BASEMENT AS I DID? I FOUND SOMEONE YOU NEED TO TALK TO!…read more My basement walls had 3 cracks in them. They leaked water into the basement when we had heavy rains. To fix these cracks I called in top rated waterproofing companies for their estimates, to do their repair work. I found these companies to be very expensive, and they give a minimum time, on their warranty's for their work, for the money you have to pay them! $3000.-$10,000. for inside repair work with a 2-5 year warranty on their work. If they dig up outside, and make repairs, $20,000.+++ with a 10 year warranty. OUCH! Then I found New York Waterproofing Inc. and owner George Carpozi III, who is also a custom luxury home builder too, on Angies list now called Angi. George has been in the basement waterproofing business for many years and knows how to fix any type of basement water problem. He has waterproofed residential as well as commercial basements, fresh and ocean salt water problems, leaking basement walls, windows, joints, and water coming up through the basement floor. George can stop the leaks! He has his own system to do this without digging up outside your property! He is so sure he can fix your leak George gives a WRITTEN LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the work he has done for you. Who else does that? I will be honest, I was very skeptical of Georges promises to me, and I told him so. He emailed me a list of people he had done work for all over NYS, he said call whoever I want and ask them if I stopped their water leaking into their basements! I called 4 people on the list, 3 from Long Island and 1 from upstate NY, ALL said they no longer have water leaking into their basements. One was a commercial property too. George is the real deal! I hired George to repair my basement cracks, George and his crew came to my home the Sunday before the NY area had days of RECORD RAINFALLS just last week. With all the rain we had, none of the cracks George repaired leaked! The price I paid New York Waterproofing Inc, and with a written lifetime guarantee on the repairs they made, was about HALF the cost of the lowest estimate I received from the other waterproofing companies I called in! If you have any type of basement water problem, my recommendation is to call and get estimates, but DO NOT SIGN anything, until you call George Carpozi III, and New York Waterproofing Inc. You owe it to yourself, and your pocket! I don't know of any other basement waterproofing company who will give you a written lifetime guarantee on their work. Even if your basement is not leaking, keep his number just in case. Give it to someone you know who has basement water leaking problems. I wish all with wet basements a better day, and a happy dry basement to come soon as well, now go make that call, George Carpozi III, 631-806-9690, also below is a link to his website. Good luck! https://newyorkwaterproofinginc.com/
