Simply outstanding! Lisa helped us with the sale of our previous residence and the purchase of a…read morenew build. The sale of the previous home was at the beginning of the COVID restrictions. She was able to help us navigate the showing restrictions and her team produced a highly effective home video tour and pictures. She encouraged us to be patient and ultimately, we received asking price (which we 1st thought was a little too high) from an out of state buyer, sight unseen (outside of the video/pictures) and without a need for inspection (though we did provide a few videos/pictures of particular items the buyer wanted to assess). As for the new home, we ran her around town many times looking at pre-existing homes; she was incredibly flexible and responsive given limited inventory. Ultimately, we decided on a new build--her knowledge of the area, market, relationships, builders, etc helped us secure pricing and a lot/design we wanted during a crazy market with limited availability and just before there was a significant price increase. Her assessments were spot on. She and her team were awesome, responsive, and clearly knew how to plan, execute/negotiate, and close the deal. As a retired military family, we can't recommend Lisa and her team enough and look forward to working with her again.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH DONNA!! We rented a property from her for 2 years. We were excellent…read moretenants.. upon move out.. we hired cleaning service, had carpets professionally cleaned.. and 3 days before turned in the keys, we noticed a leak in the ceiling.. we immediately sent in pictures and notified Donna.. she did not email, call or come out to the property. We knew this wasn't our problem because we rented and didn't own the property. Fast forward to when we received our deposit back.. (almost 2 months later) to find out we are only getting a quarter of it back. Reasons included the cleaning fee and fixing the leak in the ceiling! We don't agree with the cleaning fee at all, but willing to cut our losses with that. What really made us upset was having to fix that leak. She said we never reported it and a leak that big doesn't happen over night.. (If it is a big leak, it can happen overnight..FYI) We are military and had to leave before she came to do the final inspection.. We were there over 2 years... with each inspection she came to do during each renewal of the lease.. she said the house looks great and thanked us for being great tenants. A few months after we moved in, she had a roofing company come to the house after a hail storm.. roofing company told us that the house needed a totally new roof. Roof did not get done. So the leak more than likely came from that.. and WE PAID for the repair out of our deposit?? Not fair at all. She is very rude when we called and asked her about it.. rent gets raised every time we renewed the lease.. All and all.. stay away from her!! She seems nice at first, but she is a scam!
