No matter what make or model you are looking for, there is a very strong chance they have it. What really stood out is the freedom to test drive multiple cars at your own pace. I test drove about six vehicles and even went back to retest one. Being able to take the cars out, get a real feel for them, and compare helped me make a very informed decision. I worked with an amazing team: Ross (sales), Steve (finance manager), and Sean (Shawn) in finance who handled the paperwork. Each of them made the experience exceptional. Ross was outstanding. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted, more about the feel, power, and certain non negotiable features, and Ross listened carefully. Based on that, he curated an excellent lineup for me. After each test drive, he paid attention to my reactions and adjusted accordingly. He ultimately guided me to a car I had never even considered, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, my dream car. Ross was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He provided true customer service. When I noticed something slightly off with the brakes, he personally test drove the car to confirm my concern, and they immediately fixed the issue before I took delivery. Every question or concern I had, Ross handled quickly and professionally. He truly gets to know his customers, which is rare in today's car buying experience. Steve in finance was equally impressive. He came out, introduced himself, shook my hand, and focused on understanding my situation rather than pushing for a payment amount. He found me the best possible deal, even beating my pre approval, without excessive credit inquiries. He provided a detailed breakdown of every item before I signed anything and allowed me to accept or decline options with zero pressure. I was able to customize my package completely, which I have never experienced before. I walked out paying exactly what I expected, which is unheard of in car buying. Sean (Shawn) handled the paperwork and made the signing process smooth and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided copies of anything I requested. He kept the atmosphere relaxed and conversational, which really helped ease any anxiety. Even with multiple test drives and resolving a small issue, I was in and out in under four hours. That is incredibly efficient for such a thorough and personalized experience. Overall, if you are looking for an outstanding car buying experience, Auto Lenders of Princeton is the place to go. I had a wonderful, pretty stress-free, no haggle process/experience. I appreciate you folks for being honest and fair while getting me into an automobile within ONE session/meeting. They also transferred a car in for me to test drive, but found me a car that left their location that morning, and brought it back for me to test drive and ultimately buy the next day. We ended up buying from a different dealer because of the "hide the ball" sales encountered from the sales force here. They pushed to get a small $250 deposit from my foreign born spouse and stepson in order to "hold" a car for us. Due to the different stories they were told about available auto steering and other questionable statements, we went to a different dealer in Bucks County, PA, who took our order and offered us all available financing deals (5 years no interest, free auto steering for three months, in addition to the $7,500 tax incentive which was to expire shortly). They were somehow tied into the Jersey deal and required more paperwork, but got the job done without misrepresentation. Long story short, this ganiff refuses to return the deposit, despite representations to the contrary by their salesman. They prefer to take advantage of a new American rather than honor the spirit of the law, if not the word. Love the car. This dealer belongs in the third ring of hell. Zero Stars is more than these pokes deserve.

I don't lease cars I don't believe in leasing cars I like to own my car I pay my car payments each month I tried to do the maintenance through Buick would GM certified parts every now and then since I left New Jersey it has not been that easy I have been in Florida since September 2025 with my Buick well me and my Buick are returning to New Jersey before July and I will once again have their parts, body Shop plus car repair take care of my needs. I pay $467.83 a month That's a lot of money when you only get $2120 for Social Security it doesn't leave much money for anything else considering someone tacked on an extra hundred when I bought the car. I'm disabled without that car I have no means of escape and I have no means of looking for a job and I have no means of taking care of a 6 year old granddaughter So I'm very thankful for Coleman and my Buick car that's all I want to know is how much is a brake job because it is time for pads and brake fluid that I had replaced in October, Some people want me to get rid of my car I think they should mind their own business My Buick isn't going anywhere except on 95 from Florida to New Jersey at the speed limit and not more than that I'm a responsible driver and anyone who says differently is a liar!

It shows an accident (moderate rear end collision) on the carfax. This happened while the truck was in the dealers inventory, right before I bought it. They repaired it, didn't say anything about it to me. I would have never bought the truck if they disclosed this. A real stand up honest dealership for sure. Stay away.

I arrived at my appointment time and waited a few minutes for my advisor, Nicholas. Nicholas was awesome - very welcoming, warm and personable and really good at his job. I informed him of a couple of other issues I was having other than needing the routine service and he made sure they were addressed. I also informed him of the time I needed to be picked up that afternoon and he arranged that perfectly. The "shuttle" driver was also very friendly and drove with care. She dropped me off and picked me up without a problem. I was very pleased overall with my experience and will be sure to use Mercedes-Benz of Princeton again in the future.

Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told by my service advisor, Tam Edmondson, that the delay was due to waiting on the insurance company and that all required information had already been submitted. However, after personally calling my insurance company, I was informed that they had not received the required documentation or photos from the dealership. Only after I requested to speak with management and expressed concerns about the situation were the requested photos finally submitted, and my claim was approved almost immediately. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, and it became clear that the issue was not the insurance company but a failure in communication and handling of the claim process. I was also disappointed by the professionalism throughout the interaction. My husband was told not to call and was instructed to communicate only by text message in a dismissive manner. Communication overall felt poor and reactive rather than proactive. Additionally, I was told the vehicle would be cleaned before pickup, but the car was returned dirty. I have photos documenting the condition of the vehicle when I picked it up. Most concerning was that when I raised these concerns with management, the experience was minimized and defended rather than addressed constructively. I expect significantly better communication, transparency, and customer service from a luxury dealership.
