We discussed costs and fees over the phone with Vincent in advance of coming in to test drive. He had the car ready and prepped. All was exactly as stated on the phone. No tricks or surprises once we got there. No added bs fees added last minute. Vincent was as honest and down to earth as they come. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease without the usual suspicion that one might have when buying a used car. The finance guy (Anthony?) was also very pleasant and friendly. No surprises here either with paperwork, financing, etc. Overall, good folks here and I'd recommend anyone to check out this dealership, and Vincent specifically, when you need to purchase a new or used car.

Initially, they told me 6% maybe 7% for my interest rate. They could only do just under 8% which is crap for my credit score. It wasn't a huge deal since I intended, and did, to refinance anyways. After was where it kind of went sideways. 2 months for my plates to arrive and all they did for me was nothing but shrugs and sorry. No one would good give me any explanation as to where the title was. Thankfully, my new lien holder was able to refinance without the title. I wish they would have been more honest or attentive at least to the status of my plates instead of letting me drive with an expired temp and not willing to reissue a new one.

They pushed to get a small $250 deposit from my foreign born spouse and stepson in order to "hold" a car for us. Due to the different stories they were told about available auto steering and other questionable statements, we went to a different dealer in Bucks County, PA, who took our order and offered us all available financing deals (5 years no interest, free auto steering for three months, in addition to the $7,500 tax incentive which was to expire shortly). They were somehow tied into the Jersey deal and required more paperwork, but got the job done without misrepresentation. Long story short, this ganiff refuses to return the deposit, despite representations to the contrary by their salesman. They prefer to take advantage of a new American rather than honor the spirit of the law, if not the word. Love the car. This dealer belongs in the third ring of hell. Zero Stars is more than these pokes deserve.

I arrived at my appointment time and waited a few minutes for my advisor, Nicholas. Nicholas was awesome - very welcoming, warm and personable and really good at his job. I informed him of a couple of other issues I was having other than needing the routine service and he made sure they were addressed. I also informed him of the time I needed to be picked up that afternoon and he arranged that perfectly. The "shuttle" driver was also very friendly and drove with care. She dropped me off and picked me up without a problem. I was very pleased overall with my experience and will be sure to use Mercedes-Benz of Princeton again in the future.

Basically, you have to dig your heels in and demand transparency which can be had if you remain single-minded and insist that the process be conducted on your terms.
