Had high hopes but sadly once again reality proved otherwise…read more I have been looking for a decent garage to service my camper in this area for ages (need big ramps) so it was a pleasant surprise to find this garage after getting some tyres from blackcircles. Had a pleasant chat to manager on arrival and it all looked promising. It soon became clear all was not good. They couldnt balance them claiming the wheels were too big (ATS had no problems subsequently and said wheels were pretty standard) So already I've done my dough as I had paid for full fitting and balancing. Whilst on the job I asked them to put old front wheels/tyres on OSR (twin wheel transit) and put new tyres on the front. I was then charged £24 for that favour!! Finally as guy was reversing out he hit a stack of tyres marking bumper (hopefully will tcut out). It was an easy, straightforward job. But still too much for some, and then to be ripped off in the process jsut a pointless waste of time because we will never use them again. Really nice, genuine guy who doesn't try to upsell, who charged me a really fair price for front axle discs and pads fitting (which I supplied). The front n/s caliper had rusted, so Steve sourced a replacement by the following morning after a phone consultation (he happily showed me the old part to show me its poor condition). The sort of trustworthy local mechanic who will tell you what you need to keep an eye on without being pushy about additional work, and who even freed up a n/s rear seized rear brake cylinder for no extra charge. Great attention to detail, as he noticed some issues with the car which were down as advisories on previous MOTs, but which hadn't been picked up on this time! I'll be going back if I have any future problems for sure.

At 15.30 I was looking desperately for a garage that could fix my mazda 6 and I found them . It took the guy 3 hours to fix my car . Keep in mind they are supposed to be open until 2 o'clock . In total I pay around £99. For Saturday hours of work I think they are pretty cheap . Now my car is fix and if one day I live in the area . I would 100% reusing this garage for any repair .
