Very unprofessional, with poor communication, the manager would not contact me and discuss the issue and they canceled my appointment last minute because I wasn't a good fit for their salon because of their lack of quality communication. Only go if you don't want to be able to voice your unhappiness with their unprofessionalism. Very poor management skills whomever that is. She or he did not contact me. I at no point would threaten anyone over hair. How deceitful. Always throw people under the bus when you have poor service and a poorly ran business. Best of luck. read more

Pros: It's a stylish, clean, beautifully decorated salon. Also the owner has an adorable dog that keeps you company. Stephanie the owner & all of the other stylists I talked to were so sweet & friendly. My hair history: I have Hispanic light brown hair. I've gotten balayage plus highlights for the past 3 years in Texas with zero issues. My stylist in TX always left my hair soft, silky, & healthy. Plus I always left with gorgeous icy blonde balayage that never turned brassy. I'm new in Columbus & saw that they did lots of blonde balayage through their Instagram. Cons: I showed Stephanie what I wanted which was balayage with dimension. She bleached my hair twice & toned it at least three times. It was a brutal process. My scalp feels so raw to the touch. My hair feels very damaged. The transition from my roots to the ends of my hair is far from flawless. My roots up to my ears have an orange cast, the hair from my ears down get extremely ashy. I'm so unhappy with my hair. I actually cried when I got home. I'm not sure if the salon is just inexperienced in dealing with a variety of types of hair. I really wanted to love this place but that was not the case. I hope this review helps someone else. read more

YES! Why wait??! Book them now!! Couldn't be happier with my hair after visiting Courtney at Teased. First, making an appointment was easy and they are so helpful and you even receive text reminder of your appointment a day before. Arriving everyone is so kind, comforting and helpful. Enjoy your time being pampered with coffee or water in a comfortable modern atmosphere. Even the products they use were amazing and didn't give all that extra weight to my hair. Ended up leaving with some new product, but unlike other salons, I did not feel pressured to purchase. I can't wait to go back! read more

Can I take this place with me when I move? Not only is the staff insanely kind, educated and personal, the space is clean, spacious and so generous. Booked an appointment for both myself and my dughter, they stylist reached out to us prior to the appointment (because of Covid) and not only went over salon procedures but also did a consult with both of us since we were new clIents. So, I recently had a haircut here and it was excellent. However, I must say I'm extremely disappointed with scheduling appointments / last minute cancellations. I was cancelled last minute before my last appointment and then when I had raved to my mom about the salon and scheduled her hair color this morning there was another last minute cancellation. (Day of the appointment less than an hour before we were scheduled to come in. Both times. It has also happened to my friend 2 times.) Usually I wouldn't leave a review this long unless I was bothered. I'm stationed in Columbus as an active duty soldier. It is really hard to get openings in my schedule so cancellations are inconvenient to day the very least. I felt like there was always an excuse rather than just saying the stylist would not like to come in. My mom is also from CA visiting and salons there are still on lock down. So she was really excited to finally get her hair done and now she can't before she flies home after I scheduled this appointment over a week ago. On a brighter note, Amber does my lashes at this salon and does an amazing job. She never cancels and always works with my schedule. She does them so they suit the style and length you would like. They also feel so light and feathery. While I won't be coming for any more hair services at this salon I still look forward to working with Amber! read more
