This is not a friendly place . I was late only once for 15 minutes and the owner treated me like I am from third world. She is nasty and discriminates, not to mention that she is acting with abuse of power. They never have enough workers , especially for manicure or pedicure, also, the hair cutting is not that far away of a disaster. read more

So I've gone to Teasers since they opened, as I used to have Missy and Carissa cut my hair at Cinnamon. Up until this past week, I would give them a solid 4 stars. However, their new employee, Michelle, is awful. She gave me the WORST pedicure I have ever had. I don't know if she's afraid to use the tools or what, but she didn't clean under my toes or even scrub the dirt off of my feet. The absolute deal-breaker was when I went back to have her take care of the dirt she left on my toes, she told me she tried but it wouldn't come off and I'd have to do it myself. Ummm excuse me? Am I the only person who doesn't pre-prep their feet for a pedicure? Cause I thought that's what I paid you to do!!! I'd recommend the rest of the staff I've dealt with at Teasers, just not Michelle. read more

Great hair salon located in downtown Norwich. The Salon is located in a convenient spot, with parking in the front and also in the back. Experienced workers and very knowledgeable. Sophie is great! I would recommend!!! read more

I've gone to Carissa (and occasionally Missy) for over ten years, following them from Cinnamon to Executive Image and now Teasers. Carissa is such a whiz, she is able to put my hair in curlers even when it's 1/2 inch long and gives me the most awesome perms imaginable. I'd follow her anywhere. Love ya Carissa! read more
