The pasta was hands down the best pasta I've ever had in my life, and I know I'll be chasing that flavor for years to come. Even the bruschetta was incredibly fresh, and the steak was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The restaurant itself has such a warm, classic Italian atmosphere that makes you feel like you're experiencing authentic Florence. Everything we ordered came out beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. My waiter was also the best waiter I could have asked for, friendly, attentive, and made the entire meal even more enjoyable. This restaurant absolutely deserves all of the hype it gets. If the wait had been 12 hours, I honestly would have stayed because the food was that unforgettable. If you're visiting Florence, Trattoria Zà Zà is a must-visit. The water is pretty nice but depending on how crowded it is, it can be a little murky. I definitely recommend coming early and claiming your spot. Bring a pair of water shoes because the small stones can be hard on your feet. The cafe itself serves typical sea/lake fare - panini, gelato, salads and it is all pretty cheap which is a huge plus.
