I used a damp wash cloth to soften the stain and proceeded to vacuum until a man came out of the store in a rage screaming at me like I was a 7 year old kid. He yelled at me l asking me if I knew the vacuums cost 10,000 dollars and told me that a wet/damp floor would ruin them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. I would not do business with them or bring kids near the facility if you want to keep your children out of a business with such toxic masculinity and aggression.

He was slightly rude asking why i called today, not yesterday. I told him because he was closed. He asked what time so he could watch the cameras as well as asked to personally see it. So i drove down there to show him. I thought he was just looking at it, but he pulled on my fuckin mirror and broke it even more. Now the damages are even more! He told me since the glass was previously broken he is NOT going to fix my mirror nor give me any info. He told me to have my insurance involved if i wanted. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. I than told him he would lose my service since he is being rude. He than replied "i rather lose service than pay $300 for your damn mirror". It's nice to know that someone rather lose a customer that goes there quite a bit than fix a mirror for $300. April 29th, right after it happened. Just snapped, no wires hanging down. April 30th, after he yanked on the mirror maken it worse, now wires are hanging out.
