They performed the work that ask him prepare, which was tire pressure sensors, and a vacuum system leak. When I pick up my vehicle, they did not put a sticker said they didn't have any. They did not inform me of this before they started. The biggest complaint was when I got on the road my check engine light came back on for another evaporator system problem so they did not repair it after charging me for a new canister.

On 4/28/2026 they called to tell me that I had a major exhaust leak and were outsourcing the repair to Quality Exhaust. The repair was complete and I was on my way that afternoon. It is now 6/12/2026, the weld that Quality Exhaust did on my suburban has failed and is back in a repair shop having the weld redone correctly. I called Steve & Stacy's and they basically just said sorry. I feel that because it is unreasonable for me to return to their shop to have the repair fixed, I should be offered a refund. they did give me the name and information for Quality Exhaust but thats all they had to offer me. Quality Exhaust was terrible to me when I called. I would not say that Steve & Stacy's are at fault for the weld failing however I made my payment to them, they should provide the refund and deal with the terrible owner at Quality Exhaust themselves.

A week later I could hear something loose in one of the rear drums - rattling around. I took it back to their shop. When I came back, they said nothing was wrong and charged me $40. There was obviously something the mechanic missed the first time during installation. It was the same mechanic who checked it out when I came back. I'm guessing he said there was nothing wrong to cover his own butt, and quietly fixed his error. I should not have been charged.
