I felt that Matt's pricing was very fair and I really liked his attitude and his demeanor. Matt was very professional, showed up very day, working around our schedule, until everything was completed as agreed upon. He went beyond and above with everything to make sure we were happy and satisfied with his work. Our two upstairs full baths were a real difficult project because we had removed a ton of wallpaper and there was glue all over the walls. Matt made the walls look great! We also had a 25 foot foyer area with glue too and it now looks new again! I highly recommend Matt and I will definitely be hiring him again. As a matter of fact he will be coming back in about a week to do our front door so I'll keep you posted on that once he's finished. Okay, so Matt told me he would come back within 2 weeks to paint my front door. Not only did he keep his promise but he actually came back 3 times because the door needed 4 coats of paint, and one day it was raining really bad but he still showed up just so I wouldn't think he was skipping out even though the weather wouldn't allow painting on that day. Perhaps most importantly, he is incredibly ethical; he went above and beyond when working on our project. He not only cared about the final product (which were new floors throughout most of our home), but also about the process. He wanted to make sure everything was done on our ideal timetable with minimal disruption to us (and our neighbors)! He's excellent at communicating and kept in touch throughout the process; we were never left wondering where things stood. He handled issues that arose (our fault, not his) with grace and solved those problems while reassuring that the job would still be completed on time.
