I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Problem is no other standard surveillance companies (ADT, etc., ) work with Amcrest products nor is it compatible with their particular systems. Worst case scenario, I go with another (commercial) company that installs/monitors/services their hardware itself for a monthly fee. I made multiple appointments with the owner of Fixabit and everytime there was some.......excuse. Ultimately the owner was a complete "no show" and has "ghosted us" after being long time customers who have purchased several cameras/upgrades. I concur with Fatty D. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
