    I saw many good reviews so I went in several days ago to inquire. The employee said he had my…read moreAndroid phone screen in stock and it would only take 45 minutes. I was encouraged to go kill time in the rest of Walmart store. After about 45 minutes, I came back to his shop in Lake Wales, FL,( shop is in Walmart, near the cashier check out areas by front of store, near food section) He then tells me, he does He then told me, he was sorry but he didn't have my part in stock.( If he had been upfront about the part, I would not have let him have my phone. He then says, my phone will be fixed tomorrow and he'll get a part from another location. [ He was just stringing me along, and also had want the phone unlocked, and I wasn't wanting him to have access to my data , but he did.] I returned several days in a row, only for him to tell me, he didn't have the parts and to come back tomorrow for to be fixed, but it wasn't. He sent me an email on my other phone asking if I wanted to continue with the service, and I told him, I was leaving in a few days, because I didn't live in Florida . * If you live in Florida, the delay might not be an issue, but as someone on a schedule it just adds to the hassle. I was originally quoted a price of $123. When I went pick it up, ge said he wanted cash, not a credit card. He said, " he wouldn't charge me taxes, " and I replied " I have no problem paying Florida taxes " Then he said, he only would take cash & when I don't have cash, he told me to go over to Walmart customer service and use their ATM. The fee to use the ATM was about $3.50. If he had wanted cash before, he should have said that, originally. He saying, that he wasn't going to charge me Florida makes he question, if his business is legitimate or just " fly by night. "

    Horrible experience.I paid $155.00 for an IPad battery replacement. They charged me and said they…read morehad placed the order for the replacement. They never called me even once to let me know the battery had arrived. I went in on three occasions over the course of 2 1/2 months to be told it had not been ordered or was still not in. I walked in again to request my money back and they said they had the battery and had been calling an incorrect number for me (I had given my number to them 3 times at this point). The man replaced the battery as I waited and it did not work. I had been able to use it before I took it in and now it won't charge at all. He wanted me to leave it with them for a few days. No way would I trust them to keep it. I have never been so disappointed with a business as with this one. Beware.

When my desktop gaming computer wouldn't start, Jessie first advised we try a new power supply. When that didn't work, we tried another component, and so on - with a new service charge each time. Additionally I'd asked the original components be returned, and a couple of them she "paid" me for by discounting a portion of the bill. At one point, she took my computer home to troubleshoot, and wound up replacing my CD read/write drive with a CD read drive only. I didn't get my original CD read/write drive back either. So after about $!,500 (with the "discounts") and multiple weeks later, my computer had the following: New power source New case New RAM (that I bought directly from the store) Used CD read drive (that Jessie had) Used, cheap off-brand motherboard At no time did she provide the root cause of the computer not starting, a written estimate, nor an invoice of the components she took home to work on. In fact the only thing written I received from her, were the UN-itemized payment receipts. When i asked about the return of my original motherboard, she claimed she forgot and had already trashed it. I think it more likely she got a nice gaming motherboard, and CD read/write drive in addition to the $1,500.
