Messaged on a Sunday to several businesses to help mount two large 85" TVs. They responded within 5 min and were able to coordinate a tech to come out same day. The tech showed up on time with all the appropriate tools. He was very respectful and friendly. You could tell that he had a ton of experience with various potential hiccups that come up with this type of job and made some really good recommendations about placement etc. He was in and out in about 30 min and everything looks and works amazing. If you need a large TV (or 2) hung the right way, don't want to worry about them falling, damaging your walls, or you are like me and value having someone do something in 30 min that would have taken me all day, several f-bombs and potentially a divorce, definitely call Tech Next Door. Worst communicators ever. Messaged them on their website requesting an estimate for a project. No answer. Days later, I emailed them directly. No answer. Messaged them through Yelp, and they finally responded, asking for photos of the room. I send them. Days pass without any response. I message them again on Yelp asking for a follow-up. Weeks have passed, and still no response. But hey, at least they chose to totally ignore me up front and not in the middle or at the end of a project after I'd already paid. We recently bought a home in Brentwood and are having work done to it prior to moving in from out of state so I wanted to get Ring products installed so I could see when contractors were coming / leaving. They purchased the products, did the install and called me to make sure I could view all the cameras on my app. After the install I was receiving too many alerts from one of the cameras and they promptly fixed the issue.
