I just purchased a house last week in Nashville and a security system was at the top of my priority list. I did some online reviews and called Mike Christina, Owner of Alpha Security. Mike was extremely professional, described the system he felt I needed and made an appointment to be out the very next morning. Mike arrived promptly and went right to work. In a short period of time my system was up and going and he did a thorough job making sure I understand exactly how to use the system. As fate would have it I had a break in that very evening right after I left the house. I had some construction going on and had been making purchases for setting up the house. I made the mistake of leaving the boxes from some new tv's that I purchased outside by my trash carts. It was a dead giveaway to a criminal and they broke in thru the front door and snagged a tv. I immediately got a call not only from the alarm company but also from Mike. The police were dispatched and Mike was there the next morning to install a different type of system that included an extremely loud siren and external key fobs. This allowed me to remove any delays in the alarm system not giving a criminal even a 30 second window to get in and vandalize my property. Mike also was there when the locksmith came out and he showed the locksmith how to properly install security bolts on both of my doors so that it would be almost impossible to gain entry into the property again. I am very thankful that I chose MIke and Alpha Security. Had I not installed that system on the very first day I could have lost more than just a tv. I recently purchased a home in Franklin and I was absolutely delighted in the service I received from Mike and Alpha Security Systems! He is extremely knowledgable, courteous, ARRIVES ON TIME, takes great pride in his work, and makes sure you feel confident in his advice. I explained to him my security concerns and he offered his opinion, actually saving me money since I'll admit I was wanting to go a little overboard! That was a first for me, not trying to sell me more than I actually needed. He explained every detail of the system to me, not just how the keypad works, which when it came to the keypad, he made sure I understood completely, going over it as much as I needed until he was satisfied that I knew what I was doing. I recently relocated to the Nashville area and settled in the Germantown/Salemtown area. After living here for a few weeks I realized that the neighborhood was still transitioning and it would probably be a good idea to get a security system installed just in case. Initially I had one of the big name companies come out to the house to review our current system to get it operational, however, after only a few moments of speaking with them they had tried to up sell me to $900. There has been a rash of business in the Nashville area that have had the cable , phone lines , cameras ,and power lines cut, and meters pulled out ,so as to enter the business without any alarm going off ,then going in and stealing , and in the process, destroying thousands of $$$$$ in equipment !!! I am sooo happy that I decided to go with Alpha Security. Mike (the owner) is absolutely wonderful. He is not only very knowledgeable in his field, but very kind and patient. Mike took the time after completing the install to explain everything without making me feel rushed. There were things that I asked multiple times, but that did not bother him at all. His main concern was my safety. Mike followed up after my install to see if I had any questions & if I did in the future that I can call him. Another great thing is that you do not have to sign a contract. When you offer great service as Alpha Security I can imagine you really don't need contracts very much. It gives a great sense of relief knowing that if for some reason I ever felt unsafe, help is very close (through the use of the security system and the remote that I have attached to my keys). We moved into our home in November. reviewed all security systems from National to local. Came across Alpha Security. Liked reviews and called them, they answered the phone, they answered my questions, they came out and installed my system. So we go on a two week get-a-way, arm the system, come back from trip, my wife opens the door, forgets it is armed, I shut it off, within 3 min. a Police Officer is at my door. Tells me they were alerted that my garage door was opened. In the mean time the monitoring company calls me and says the alarm is going off and police are on the way. He moved my system to my new home for free, and even in a Sunday! I love that there are no contracts too. I feel very safe with my alarm. Mike is faster than the police! But really, my husband and I were away from home and got a call that our alarm was going off. Thankfully everything was okay when we arrived. We called Mike to see if he could help us figure out why the alarm went off. He showed up in 10-15 minutes after calling... and 15 minutes before the police! I've used Alpha Security in my last two homes, and the owner, Mike, is always available with any questions or concerns, even after your system is installed.
