They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!

An absolute joke! Had a tech here for a drapery track that fell and needed repair. Sent someone…read moreover that day to look at it. Found out after the fact that it cost $195 per hour plus tax for the visit and another $400 or more to come back and fix it. Over $600 to install a 12' track weighing a whopping 20 pounds about 10' off the floor. The estimate involves hammering the six mounting clips back into shape in order for the track to be re-installed. The company never wrote down why they think it fell, or if it would happen again, especially without using new clips. What steps are being taken differently to avoid the same issue? I called the drapery track manufacturer. They stated the kit comes with 10 clips originally- to NEVER use bent clips- and they will send out new clips to me absolutely free! Passed this along to the professional I'm dealing with and received no explanation. Why are you using 6 bent clips when the manufacturer states 10 must be used? Well........ there is no valid explanation. When the "experts" get called out by a consumer they don't like it very much. I have past dealings going back 10 years or more. What a sensitive entitled bunch . Not every business in the Hamptons is a good business. Long story short they give no excuses or guarantee that I won't have to call them back when it falls again, for another $600. Haha guy tells me they don't want the liability AFTER I told him I have no confidence in his ability to repair it properly. Oh and they still want their money. For what I don't know. It was not earned. Most people would be embarrassed but not this place. Told me all I need to know. Do your homework before you end up dealing with nonsense like this.
