These guys are exactly who you wish every small tech/repair center was like. They've fixed my wife's broken iPhone screen in 45 minutes and they tried to fix my non responsive screen by replacing it (also in 30 mins while I waited). It turns out the replacement screen didn't fix my problem and it seems that a chip on the motherboard is the culprit. So they re-installed the original screen and refunded my money no questions asked. Their service is prompt and professional and I cannot recommend them enough. You'd be foolish to take your damaged phone anywhere else! As a side note, I was there when a typical Hamptons resident (wealthy, pushy, alpha male) came in and spoke down to them and treated them poorly as if they didn't know what they were doing. Tech Connect is always on point! Their outstanding customer service is a cut above the rest & always consistent. Tom & Mike are always so courteous & helpful. I have gone in just to ask a question and always received with a friendly smile & an answer. I bought a new phone and I had trouble with it. I was told to send the phone back & they would send me another if it could not be fixed even though it was under warranty. I would be without a phone for days which I could not do since I use it for work so decided to bring it in to Tech Connect & within a couple of hours I had my phone back in working condition and at a minimal fee. I was so upset when my laptop screen cracked! I tried using it for several weeks even with the crack but then the touchscreen began to have a mind of its own. Feeling the dread of the possibility of having to purchase a whole new laptop, I reached out to a few people to ask if they knew anyone who could fix a laptop screen. Hi. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I just had to. So, I came in today with several issues on multiple devices. Not only was Mike knowledgable on how to repair each, but he was also much more affordable than going elsewhere or buying new devices. My cell phone had a problem holding onto its battery life and couldn't charge...HE FIXED IT! My ipad air 2nd generation was dropped and the screen was broken....HE FIXED IT! My child's ipod touch had so many pictures and videos on it, that it was full to capacity and wouldn't work right. He emptied all media's onto a SD card by transferring it all right there in his shop and the ipod touch worked great after....HE FIXED IT! Since opening eight years ago I have had numerous occasions to use their computer, cell phone and in house video/audio repair services. Never have they failed me, rather they provide excellent almost immediate services at a reasonable price. Every technician is competent, professional, courteous and patient, especially when explaining issues and solutions that defy understanding from us neophites. These guys are the best !!!! Hands down the best ! My wife's phone got swamped in a wave that ran up the beach, her screen was already cracked so the salt water got inside and destroyed the phone. Having not backed up her phone she lost everything. Another place tried to retrieve her data and photos with zero luck and they told us it was a lost cause. I brought my Lenovo Laptop in due to battery issues. Within 10 minutes they had my laptop opened up, showed us the internal battery, how they were fixing it, and had the laptop working like new! I wasn't charged a dime for the service or any labor charges because it was a relatively simple fix. That being said they also listened to what I needed patiently and were very pleasant to speak with. I am the type of guy who beats the crap out of his iPhone. I've been to at least 5 different repair places over the last 3 years. Some big names and even apple. Most of the time the repairs, don't last, the repair person looks at you like your problem is like landing the space shuttle and or the cost could take a family of 5 out to dinner. I called before the store was open, just to get their hours, but my call was picked up by an answering service that took my information. I got a call back within a few hours, with an estimate range for the iPad repair I needed. When I stopped in later that same day, they fixed the iPad on the spot within a few minutes, and because it turned out to be simple fix, there was no charge for the service! I went in to this place with a smashed iPad. After speaking with Apple over the phone for about 20 minutes all they could suggest was to buy a new one or spend a ton of money to fix mine. I decided to go into tech connect and right away I could feel the positive energy from this place. If I could rate Tech Connect higher I would! When I went in to get my phone fixed I was greeted with Mike. I went in to get my phone fixed and explained that I had problems with my home button, speakers and home button along with my cracked screen. When I came back to retrieve my phone Mike explained he had done my screen, new battery, home button and charging port and cleaned the inside of my phone with no extra charge. Mike from Tech Connect came to my home for a house call today. I have had issues with my Wifi years and have had too many tech people here to count in an effort to resolve the problems. Came in here the other day to have my cell phone repaired. I was greeted by the Mike.
