I asked Alex the tech to restore the data, and brought him the directions to do this from MOZILLA he said it would cost $. Left for 2 days and nothing was done. WhenI went to get it he accused me of using AI or chat to find the fix. NO Alex it was MOZILLA who showed you how to fix it. Left and brought to another shop and just like that he opened my "old data" file and pasted it into my current Firefox. Took about 4 minutes, and he did not charge me. You may be good with tiny screws and replacing screens but not so much on IT problems. You were rude.
