I fell in my pool with my outdated iPhone in my pocket. It was not backed up and contained lots of data. I brought to a fix-it shop who professionally dried it out but did not think it could be salvaged even to get the data. They thought it possibly could be sent out to California or Orlando for lots of money and little hope. Fortunately, my regular computer service guy recommended Esteban at iRevive. I'm sure he is as good or better than any of the techs anywhere. He was very confidant and related a story of iPhone recovery after salt water submersion and a long delay. Mine was fresh pool water and professionally dried within hours. His price was reasonable and there would be no charge if unsuccessful. I brought my iPhone 6 in to iRevive with a shattered screen and fading battery life, and had been debating whether or not to get a new phone. However, within minutes Esteban had the phone looking brand new and he added a thin glass screen protector. Perfect! (with none of those annoying air bubbles that often are imbedded inside) For some reason, the first battery was not working properly and would die at 27%. I called Esteban back and he told me to bring it back in and, no questions asked, (and no additional cost!) he replaced the battery and I've been rocking ever since. I also have a year warranty on the battery so if it stops working for any reason, I can have it replaced. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else in Greenville to have my iPhone worked on. I stopped in to iRevive years ago just to look around and to get some questions asked about their services. I was greeted in a kind and professional way and felt so welcome. After years of walking by iRevive I decided to go in to talk to Esteban about upgrading my Asus. When I took it in, there was a MacBook Pro that they had for sale. I can't describe how refreshing it is to work with people who treat you like a human and not a number. I have had 2 computers repaired by them- a macbook doused in ginger ale, and a macbook pro that had been retired and put to pasture- but is now working like it is brand new. Great work by Esteban to fix my 2010 MacBook Pro 15". My computer was crashing constantly and was thinking on getting another one. I came across Esteban Youtube video regarding the same problem and his diagnosis was a bad capacitor. I sent my computer to his shop and a week later got it back totally fixed. No more crashing, working like the first time I bought it brand new. I Spent $150 vs a price tag of $2500 for the same model now at Apple. I think I will be able to keep that one for some time now. Extremely quick turn time. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable techs. I could slap my own self in the face for not knowing about them for the past 9 years as I have been a Mac user since 2005. I had 5 -6 key issues on my daughter's 2018 Macbook Air that were fixed without issue. The fan was running too long and after a quick check they found that the battery needed replacement. It now works like it was band new. I also had a battery replaced in my 11" iPad Pro (Which I love)....and now that works like a champ.... I decided to drive to Greenville from Asheville because the tech I spoke with was much more knowledgable and frankly more enthusiastic about updating my older iMac than anyone I spoke with locally. I got there early on a Friday morning and by mid afternoon they had replaced the hard drive, fixed the startup disk and I was good to go. My 2017 iMac has been zipping along like it's a brand new computer and I couldn't be happier with the work they did! Totally worth the trip and I will use them again for sure. This place is excellent! I needed to replace my MacBook Pro charger while visiting my parents in the Upstate. I found this place nearby and was greeted by friendly service and a knowledgeable staff. I told my parents about the experience and they asked me to take both of their iPhone 5s to be repaired, both of which had multiple issues! I am so grateful for the fast and helpful service! My 6 yr old MBP had unknown damage (beyond the keyboard) due to water exposure, and Apple's only repair options were more than the entire computer was worth.
