Store owner writes fake 5 star reviews to up his rating. I recently purchased a pair of Special Edition MCM Wireless Studio Beats by Dr.Dre. They were being advertised on Letgo. I really wanted the product so i called them and ordered one pair. The price i was told on the phone was $350+$30 shipping +tax which came to $429.40. I asked if these were an authentic pair of MCM Beats and they said yes no worries we dont sell fake products. I was told to etransfer the money to techlogicscanada@gmail.com and i would recieve an invoice. They said my product would arrive in 1-2 days. I called back 5 days later and asked if my product was on its way and they said it takes 6 days. I mentioned i still hadnt recieved my invoice and was told it would come in the mail. My headphones finally arrived 12 days later and there was no invoice. Within minutes of opening the box i confirmed they were counterfeit headphones, there were over 10 flaws/defects, the carrying case wasnt even real leather like the one displayed on the box. The serial numbers didnt match up, and there was crooked lettering on the box. I called Techlogics back right away and told them about the counterfeit product and he raised his voice insisting it was real and they dont sell fake products. I told him he was wrong and he said i had to go to Apple and get them to email him confirming they were fake. I already knew they were so i wasted more time and money to go there and talk to somebody that doesnt even want to help me. I told him the situation, he confirmed them fake and said he would email but he never did. I called back Techlogics and said i would like to return the headphones because there fake. This time he says yes and he would pay back the shipping costs for the return along with the refund. I paid $15 to return them so total of $445 now. A week later i finally got my refund of $400. I asked where my $45 was and he said he wishes he wouldve only giving me $240 back because of 35% restocking fees. I shouldnt of had to pay for the return cost on the headphones as they shouldve been authentic like i was told on the phone and i wouldnt of needed to return them. Same with the $30 for shipping for them to me, I should get that refunded aswell. I had to pay extra money to go to Apple for no reason. I waited one month for no reason and am out $50 and the owner was disrespectful to me. Funny how he doesnt respond to my review but he does to everyone elses. read more

For my internship I joined Techlogics Canada Inc. It is a great working with someone who has been into this field for ten years. This store deals in electronics, gadgets and wholesale supplies. The internship helped me in progress of Search Engine optimization and marketing strategies. I found the place very accommodating as on daily basis I met people of all demographics, who come to the store for their required electronics and services. Through this internship I gained and I am still gaining insights and experience in customer service, which is a great asset in today's customer centric world.
