Unfortunately my pc had many more issues than I was able to solve on my own. The GPU from the factory was not well put together with WAY too much flux and thermal paste and the heat sink not even touching the component it was supposed to be taking heat from, cpu also had some similar problems and my ssd was also corrupt and had problems. Throughout the entire process he sent me pictures of the components before (showing the problem) and then after he had fixed it and he kept me in the loop on what he was doing. Not only did he get the computer to run but he improved it and optimized it removing all of the bloatware and 3rd party data collecting apps as well as adding a ssd cooler and resurfacing components for a better connection. I will definitely be going to him the next time I buy a pc to go through and nip the quality control issues at the factory in the bud and make sure its good BEFORE it becomes a big problem.

I was hesitant to switch to windows 11 but with Jamie's extremely minimal install, there's absolutely no bloatware, no ads anywhere (not even youtube!), and it runs better than ever! The job took a tad longer than anticipated but it was more due to our need to have cables ran in exterior walls so RT had to deal with insulation and bracing to what is normally a straightforward job.
