I also had a bad experience with Mike at Beartooth Computers. Was in town to do a power point…read morepresentation and needed an adapter. He did not have one but offered to sell me the projector that would work with my computer at a good price, even offered to bring it over to the hotel I was staying in. The projector was defective, the lens would only focus a screen size no bigger than my laptop itself and the light was so dim that it was not functional. Fortunately, was able to get an adapter from another source and was able to do the presentation. When I returned the device, Mike avoided phone calls and messages and eventually said, " I can't refund your money until I get some money coming in" Well, that was six months ago, no sign of the check in the mail. If this place still is in business, I would recommend avoiding it. I certainly would be open to discussing this review with an owner or manager and if I were to receive the promised refund, would alter my review.

His "guy" replaced the hard drive in the Asus and it worked beautifully after that. My daughter is in fact still using that same Asus laptop that Redline couldn't repair. Mike spent time with me asking me how I went about various tasks, which enabled him to pull in files that were not automatically pulled in, (in which the other programmer missed when I purchased a laptop last year) It is frustrating enough without problems.
