But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

My story begins at work, where I managed to tip a spill proof water bottle over on my 15 inch MacBook Pro. So, lesson learned.... nothing is really spill proof. Granted, I acted quickly, sopping up the spill, inverting the machine, after turning it off, popping off some of the keys and placing it over a fan to dry out the area. Luckily the spill was contained to the Q and W area of the key board. After some research, I figured it was safe to use the computer. However some of the keys (W and Q) were not the same. I figured, time to take "My Baby" to the Apple Store at Penn Square and get a git of TLC. Sort of an aside, the Apple Store is no place for computer repair. If you want to buy or try a cool machine with the feeling and anticipation of waiting for concert tickets or getting into the coolest club in town... then this is your place. Anyway, I digress. Scott, the Genius bar guru, told all sorts of horrible things were wrong with my beloved MacBook Pro: top case is bad, fan dead, and so on. Then he called my machine old... but she's only 6 sir, I stammered. Basically he was ready to pull the plug and send me home. But instead he told me to go to Mobile Macsters. On Monday, I showed up. Their shop is in a small strip mall setting. The shop is clean, with a nice waiting area. Steve took a look and said that things may not be that bleak. Todd took a look and gave me some good news about the top case and said the W may have issues do to the water. There was an odd conversation about the names of computer parts... totally my fault and I made them blush. But, they have a great sense of humor. So I left my baby behind and in caring hands. This place is great. Through out the process, they email you updates and let you know what is going on. They also give you pricing of the different issues or what can wait. Todd and his son informed me that the keys were fine, top case okay and the fan was just unplugged. The only thing my computer really need was more memory. The job was completed within the day and I was up and running. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. I will never go back to the Apple Store at the mall.

Owner takes phone, comes back in 30 seconds and very politely informed us the reason it wouldn't charge was because the port was stuffed full of non-phone stuff. He blew it out, filled up three 55 gallon trash bags with what was jammed in there, and now the phone worked fine. Cost...NOTHING! We offered to pay, and he refused. That's serious service. Was Awful Husband bought me a custom computer for my…read morebirthday. It was supposed to be all new stuff in it. it was a windows XP that had been upgraded with several things not on because the mother board and hardware could not run everything in that windows version. It had downloaded porn on it . also a video of the worker and dog in shop. Told me that i could not get the card reader and did not want to put dbl cd/dvd in it. They charged almost 700 bucks for it to . VERY VERY rude and hateful . called to see if they offered support for it since it cost so much. unbelievably just way rude when we took it back because of the porn and it being used they tried to say that wasn't true but there it was on my computer not to mention well the guy was still logged in on Google forgot to log out. I asked for all my boxes for the Mother board , Graphics,etc... only got the graphics and when we took it back in they switched the good graphics card for less quality one .VERY HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND These guys unless you want to be lied to ripped off. Im still shocked about this . The older man was nice and was he was pissed at guys for what they did he told them to give me what I wanted. well it was a massive rip off for that much money . And I did not get what I wanted But hell you pay someone that much to custom make you a computer and it is just the biggest let down. plus only thing that was new was the graphics but they took it back and gave me a worse one unreal. I didn't know much about Pcs back then but I do now. I did know what i wanted though. Tried doing updates on my cd/dvd rw and guess what I couldn't . Because they lied about what was actually in it . The casing of the dbl layer said it was a LightScribe It had a off brand one and a very old HP one, but they put it in a double case of a LightScribe one . I didn't' find out until few years later when i actually took it and opened the dvd case thing myself hard drive was not new, nothing was but it did have some cool looking blue lights in it. that did not last long.I am very sure they will remember who I am because it was not cool at all. maybe not my name but they will know what this is about. EXSPECIALLY THE PORN. When I called and asked why in the Event Viewer there were a massive amount of things lit up red saying there was stuff wrong and not on and warnings , my answer from them was, Why the hell are you in there anyway , I said well probably because its my computer. Then I was told very rude that no support was offered and that they had to learn everything their selves. The reason was because it was a custom upgraded windows xp to a windows 7 and it could not run everything that the windows 7 did because to old of hardware so a lot of things were turned off to make it run and look like it was ok . But it was far from it. this will never happen again !!!!!!!
