Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.

No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. So the console was able to read DvDs and ps2 games before drop, is now not powering on and disc drive is unstable. Sounds like to me like they have no professional experience in handling updating repairs or taking ownership with causing more damage to a device. STAY AWAY if you want any decent repairs.

The employee there quickly looked over the watch, looked to see that there wouldn't be parts for it, and checked with his senior tech on whether it's worth pursuing. They ultimately told me it was not worth it and did NOT charge me! Everyone keeps telling us something different. Either no one was trained correctly, or they are allowed to make stuff up and be rude to customers. Such a huge disappointment after transferring in 5 lines.

After 2.5 years of paying a postpaid bill of 142 bucks a month decided it was time to switch them to prepaid since it would be much cheaper and meet their needs better. Everything seemed to be going alright with the store employee Nate at first, but then was told we would have to pay their final bill in full, even though it was the middle of the billing cycle, he reached out to someone and agreed that wasn't correct so that issue corrected. Then as he is closing their current account to move it to the prepaid side, a mysterious computer issue and now it's locked up. So we are now almost 3 hours in with no service either way! Phones are off and still have no postpaid or prepaid service. About 3 seconds away from saying leave it off and taking them to cricket and paying the $200 for new phones and just being done! Buyer SERIOUSLY beware! Have now found out this is freaking sales manager! He has now had to ask another employee to help...this is ridiculous. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!
