TechStarters surpassed all my expectations. I would highly recommend them for your technology needs. It is fantastic to work with knowledgeable professionals who explain everything up front with no surprise costs at the end. Extremely satisfied and I will continue to give them all of our business and recommend to our family and friends. My experience was with a external hard drive that my computer would no longer recognize. This was serious since every picture & movie I had ever taken since 2004 was on this drive. There were constant communications about the progress. In the end all was recovered. Oh I was also worried because I had a MAC and I thought that would be a huge problem. No problem at all.
