Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great.
