I still had to pay over $400 out of my deposit to get the house cleaned again and I had to pay for carpet cleaning as well. The add ons makes no sense because why am I paying extra to do basic move out services like getting the walls cleaned which they didn't do and I didn't know there was a extra charge to simply blow out the garage..it was no dirt or anything just leaves...So now I'm losing over $400 on my deposit even after paying $600 to get the move out services done. Spend your money else where......

We had previously gone to another business and they messed our file up so we decided to go to professionals. I did a quick Google search for tax services in my area. Rose's popped up. Being in El paso I thought it said Roas's not Rose's like the actual flower. We had an appointment set for 6pm, I had called earlier that day to see if they had any openings for earlier since our kids would be in school we wouldn't have to bring them. They were booked solid but were very nice about it. We kept our appointment time at 6pm and bought our 15 month old. Apon walking in I was hesitant to bring in his stroller because i didn't know what the space was like, but after deciding to bring it We walked in the door to a lovely and spacious set up. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist (i did not catch her name) I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. We were informed about 2 mins later that our tax preparer was just about done and she would be with us soon. They had a t.v in the waiting area and 4 comfortable swivel black chairs. We watched some animal planet which my 15 month old loved. About about 7-10 mins we were seated with Beverly. She was a sweet woman and before she got to work she greeted us and our little man. After that she got straight to work. My son was a little fussy half way through and the only gentleman in there started distracting him for me while i looked for his food. Got a little flustered and everyone in there informed me that they have kids and the little crying didn't bother them. That instantly set me at ease. Found his banana and he was a happy camper. She did our taxes and in about 45 mins we were done. Everyone in there was absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back here vs H&R block next year. Thank-you.

She's an incredible communicator, and couldn't be sweeter or more grateful for everything under the sun. I messaged about some records that I am needing and the response I get back is that they can't do it which doesn't help me out on what I need. I checked on the internet and it says to get the records that I need to contact a private investigator to get them and I'm good to pay for there service. Cool that they responded to me but thats no help to me and they didn't even tell me where to get them. I messaged another place and they replied back to me fast and said they can get the records and it's $100. AFTER HIS RESPONSE I JUST CHANGED IT TO ONE STAR. I was trying to get the record for a phone number that I need to know who owns it and I checked again and it's not illegal to do but when I paid a website online for the record and it had no record of who owns the number so I wanted to pay a private investigator to get it because that's what every blog I searched says that I need to do. One place said that they can get it for $100 but then I found another and they offered me to get it for only $50. This man obviously just couldn't do it and went off getting all defensive when I gave him a two star review. I gave him two stars instead of one because he replied and was cool responding at first but after this response now it's one star and I'd give him no stars if I could. How unprofessional are you gonna be man when I ask for something and I'm willing to pay but he can't do it so he gets defensive when I tell others in the Yelp community about my experience. I would never hire someone like this and another reviewer said it's a house and not even a business and it's true if you look up the address on google it's true. I don't think this is a company because the address says it's a home and I bet it's just this only guy that even works there. read more

I found this place online and wanted to like it because it was near me. After trying for weeks I can not get anyone to answer the phone only it's an answering machine that always picks up. No human. I googled the address and come to find out it's a house in my neighborhood. How can you do business and charge people money but nobody answers a phone? For real! Don't do business here. read more
