The store still looks like it's a makeshift store for the holidays, 3 seconds of horseshoe shaped layout made of just hanging racks. There wasn't much signage, the staff didn't really seem happy about being there but that's just my opinion. Prices are marked at "outlet" prices and if it's regular price they had 30% off deal going on. However when just being a casual shopper and walking in, we couldn't have known that innately. I asked a staff member so, but she responded a bit abrasively, so i was off put. They don't have all the styles you might be looking for but they do have a variety available of long parkas, and bombers as well as some other novel looking jackets, vests, and winter accessories.

I feel comfortable wearing Eddie Bauer items everywhere I go--whether hiking, going out to dinner, or going to work. With the regular sales that they run, the clothing is always a great value. I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews. I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. After spending a few hours strolling around, I had two observations: The first was that the outlet space was pretty much fully tenanted, which is very different than so many of the outlets we've visited in recent years. No empty stores, no boarded-up shops, no "Going Out of Business, Everything Must Go" liquidation signs. The second observation was the very large percentage of "high end" stores that dominated Wrentham. Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and Versace were all represented. The outlet shops are nicely organized into named "communities" and we saw some very pretty holiday decorations on display today. There were quite a few food trucks scattered around the property and a big playground in the center. Definitely worth a visit.

It's been one of my favorite brands to buy from, for incredibly soft and comfy athleisure clothing. This outlet store was set up like their typical store locations. I was honestly hoping to see more discounts and sales on their clothes here, but most of the clothes that I saw here were only discounted slightly, ~$10-20 off ticket prices. I've seen more heavily discounted items at regular store locations on sale racks than I did here, so I would say, as an outlet store, it was not much different than going to a regular Vuori location. It was kept very clean and neat, so I will give it that ;) But if you're looking to come here for a good buy, I would just stick to their online website sale section.

We were told by the store associates there was nothing they could do (no attempt to call a 1-800 number) so we were forced to do it on our own. The response we got from corporate was cold and didn't offer any details - they simply told us it was "under investigation". At this point I just wanted my money back. 2 months after the redemption issue we received an email confirming our suspicions that store associates had stolen the cards (and given us duds) - they didn't offer an apology or even extra store credit for our troubles (4 months of not being able to use...) I went today to redeem my last $100 gift card today (after vowing to never shop there again) and, alas, the store had closed 2 hours early for inventory. 30 minute drive for nothing (only two stores in MA). No worries, I'll just order online and pay with my gift card...but there's no online store!
