I am thankful to have had a physician who not only understood the pain, but moved quickly to relieve the pain I was experiencing. He also just wanted to toss medications at me the first visit (as most doctors do), but I felt there was no actual care from the doctor, just very robotic and on to the next type of personality. Dr. Aliabadi greeted me and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and was very professional. He then was to have his staff send a referral for me to go to UCSF. Over a week past, so I called his office. The person that answered said another staff member had called and actually talked to me twice. I told her I never received the calls or talked to anyone nor did I receive any messages. I questioned her about not receiving the calls and that is when her voice elevated. At the end of the call, I told her she did not have to be so rude and she said it was me that was rude and hung up on me. I have been an RN for over 40 years. I have worked with patients and their families, never have I treated any of my patient in this manner. Nor would the facility I work for tolerate or allow such behavior. My recommendation is to go see the Dr. Aliabadi, he is awesome. However, he should send his staff to a class on how to be professional and treat patients with dignity. Or hire a professional staff that can. Dr. Aliabadi if you did this, your reviews would be a glowing 5 stars.

His bedside manner is always phenomenal and treats you like family. He listens and is super patient with us and my daughter who has a genetic disorder and epilepsy. Their EEG tech-so sorry I forgot her name, she is also incredible. Usually my daughter fights when they put eeg wires on but with her, my 6 year old daughter is mostly calm because EEG tech is so sweet & friendly- she's also super fast and efficient that it's a breeze when my daughter has to get her wires on and get taken off with her. The girls in the front are always fast when it comes to paperwork and giving messages to Dr. Raina- they are always polite & friendly. Thank you so much to Dr. Raina and his amazing staff for always being so kind and compassionate to my daughter.
