I made two appts back to back for my husband and I for laser facials. Paid $200 for the consultation fees. I needed to reschedule the appts due to a family emergency. However, the front desk lady was super RUDE and said, that I couldn't reschedule my appts. That I would lose the $200 fees. If I wanted to schedule new appts, they would charge me for the consultation fees of $200 again. What kind of BS is this ?!! Currently 4 days post op from my breast augmentation that i got done by Dr.Coscia. The whole experience so far has been amazing! Dr. Coscia and his team are phenomenal!! I had my consultation at the Granite Bay location and surgery at their Sacramento Location. Both locations are clean and the staff are super sweet! The day of my consultation I was able to also schedule my surgery. Before scheduling my surgery with Robyn, I was able to talk to Marisa & Dr. Coscia. Marisa was able to give me a bunch of information about the surgery and implants. She and Dr. Coscia answered all my questions & more. Incredibly professional, warm and honest! It's not often you go to a Cosmetic surgeon and his expert opinion during the consultation is that your nose is already pretty good, and that there isn't too much he can do to improve it. I had a tummy tuck and back lipo two weeks tomorrow! I am amazed with my results. I didn't even expect my results to be as good as they are. Dr. Coscia has one of the best bedside manners I have ever come across in a physician/surgeon/anyone and he did an amazing job on my unique situation. I will definitely be returning for any needs in the future. Another surgeon refused to perform my insurance-approved Panniculectomy, which is the removal of low-hanging skin on the abdomen (from 150-lb natural weight loss). Dr. Coscia took over and was very accommodating. He went above and beyond what was specified originally and made my stomach look human again. The first surgeon told me that he wouldn't replace my belly button and that I "would look like an alien" (exact words of he-who-shall-not-be-named). I did not work that hard to lose weight to be told I would look more deformed than before, and of course, I was brought to tears. The surgeon suggested that another option was available so he passed me on to Dr. Coscia and I'm SO happy he did. It has taken me some time to write this review, for after the surgery, I gained a bit of weight back and was too embarrassed to go back for the rest of follow-up. I'm planning to make an appointment soon just to check-in even though we are a couple of years post-op (haha...). Everything healed amazingly, and now that I have gotten back down to my original weight and lower, I can actually see my abdominal muscles. I never thought that would ever be a possibility. Ever. I went to Dr. Coscia to have my tummy tuck and an inner thigh lift. Best decision I ever made. 2 months out an I could not be more please with the results. My surgical experience was amazing. The staff was so comforting and supportive and my pre op nurse (I think her name was Darlene) got my IV in first try ( that never happens). My husband was more nervous than I was and by the time we left after surgery he was much more at ease and was also grateful of the care he recieved. :) I also have to mention that during my office visits they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Both have impeccable bedside manners, an honest approach during consultations, and are extremely knowledgable in their field of work. I would feel comfortable going with either surgeon for any cosmetic work. Ultimately, what led me to Doctor Coscia was my own client. I am a permanent makeup/brow microblading master technician and own Makeupbeforeyouwakeup . I am very picky and methodical with my work and aesthetics. During a visit, my client and I discussed some of the difficulties I had personally faced with a prior surgeon and the scarring that ensued. She kindly showed me the work Doctor Coscia had done on her. Her scars healed remarkably well. Working in the industry of skin, I'm well aware of the fact that skin on the 5-6 Fitzpatrick scale can keloid, or have troublesome scarring during major surgery. I was pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful healed incision work on level 5 skin. I trusted this client implicitly and scheduled with Doctor Coscia the next day. When I arrived, the staff was as friendly as my prior visits with Dr. Green. The facility is organized and very clean. When I finally met Dr. Coscia, he had a warm and kind demeanor. I was looking for a direct approach to corrective work and honesty and I absolutely got that. In my realm of work, I'm a straight shooter and if I can meet the client's needs, I will proceed but out of integrity, I never over promise. I would prefer to over deliver and Dr. Coscia did that as well. I had been through 3 previous surgeries with a recent surgeon (let me clarify, I'm not a plastic surgery addict and my expectations were reasonable. Quite frankly, I just wanted to alleviate the pain I had felt running in my shoulder from oversized breasts and get them back in order) and my results were mixed and frustrating. I was absolutely terrified of going through it another time but the scarring from the other procedures compelled me to offer up my trust one more time. My results from Dr. Coscia's work are better than I could have imagined. I feel relieved that upon one procedure, he was able to not only get the job done but exceed my expectations. I wake up seeing some light at the end of the tunnel of this journey. I wasn't expecting to look perfect but I feel perfect. While reading other reviews, I read Dr. Coscia is amazing...this is true. But, if I am reading reviews looking for a plastic surgeon, I would want more detail. I chose Dr. Coscia over other surgeons because of how he was thorough with his consultation and he left me feeling he was competent and confident in my results. I had a facelift combined with my eyes, fat transfers, and laser. Not sure if it was Dr. Coscia's mad skills or what, but I had no pain. I took pain pills for two days because I was kind of concerned about pain, but kept thinking it really was not necessary. I had very little bruising. I had upper and lower eyelids done and have no evidence of that. It has been five weeks since my surgery. It is such a trip when I tell people I had a facelift (I've been telling a lot of people) and they say, "What? Your results are so subtle" . It's hilarious, I have to show them what I did look like. I am happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Coscia at the Plastic Surgery Center. I will add that there are two great offices to choose from in Sacramento and Granite Bay. read more

Dr. Coscia is an expert in his field and he is really passionate about his work - loves helping people and he take pride in what he does. I did lots of research and visited several doctors before deciding to make Dr. Coscia my physician. He was younger than the other doctors I considered, but he has extensive experience in what I wanted (neck lift) and I appreciated that he was very current on best practices; seems like some of the other older doctors are sometimes not so up to date on getting best results. Dr. Coscia won me with his professional honesty and his enthusiasm for his job. He explained everything to me clearly and told me exactly what could be done, what could not be done, what to expect, and how long everything would take (surgery, recovery, and healing). He also told me that I would be very happy with the results. Three months later, I can tell you that everything he said was exactly right - especially the part about my being happy with he results. I am so happy and feel so much better.
