When our adoption failed and the birth mother ghosted us after 8 months of being matched, Mr. Theriot and Mrs. Coogler gave little to no support in helping us. They refused to do wellness checks, to ask the police for a wellness check, request medical reports, and so many other things. They are two of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. In the 8 months we were matched with the birth mother, Mr. Theriot only spoke with her twice and neglected to ever learn how to pronounce her first name. Disgraceful. Please don't put your trust in these people if you are pursuing adoption!
