We paid for 18 holes and after we finished 9 the lady who claims to be the manager kicks us off and told us we were being too slow! She tried saying we were golfing with 7 people when we NEVER golfed 7 people! We even let other golfers go ahead of us! Then she tried giving us a raincheck for the remaining 18 holes! We would NEVER come back to this golf course even if we do come back into town! She even shorted us $25 when she finally gave us half our money back! The lady was completely rude and one of us in the group is pregnant and hardly ever golfs and she told her that just because she's pregnant doesn't mean she should be slow! I cannot believe a Manger is as rude and terrible as she is. I am a store manager and if any of my managers or employees were rude like that you bet your ass they would not have a job... Fair warning to golfers, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We reported it to the staff, didn't ask for a refund, and chose to give the resort another chance because our kids really enjoyed the Waterpark. We stayed again on 5/17/25, this time in Room 315. At 6 a.m. the next morning, I woke up to a bed bug crawling on my leg. I immediately brought it to the front desk in a tissue. The staff apologized and said a manager would be contacted and that we would be refunded for the room. I packed up our things right away and checked out early. At checkout, however, I was suddenly told to "watch my email for a discount," despite having just been promised a full refund. Nobody at the front desk could tell me when a manager would actually be available, and as of writing this, I've received no follow-up and no refund. Now I'm at home panic-washing everything, terrified we may have brought bed bugs back with us. This experience was not just disappointing--it was unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering a stay here to think twice, especially if management can't be counted on to respond to serious issues like this.

Reference date SEPT 25, 2021 The TV in our new travel…read moretrailer failed, and Josh Caverson helped negotiate a warranty replacement with the manufacturer. In addition, he climbed on top of our trailer and found that one of the exterior wiring ports had not been sealed, causing water to leak into the bedroom, which he then patched. Also while picking the replacement TV our bunk slideout malfunctioned, and Mr. Caverson asked one of the techs, named Michael, to look for the problem. He discovered the reason and showed me how to fix it myself should it reoccur, which it did a couple more times before we were able to get the slideout motor replaced at our Kansas City destination. Great professional work, likely preventing dangerous traveling conditions. Camping World is fortunate to have these two exceptional employees on its team!
