We had a great experience with Tees & Skis! We were next door at the burrito place getting lunch and immediately clocked the ristras hanging outside of this store. After we ate we came back over and bought a large one. They let you pick which one you want and get it off for you. As she was packing it into the paper bag, she told us how to properly keep it and transport it home since we were on a road trip. We got it home successfully and it looks amazing hanging in our kitchen! We went back the next day because my husband (a lover of all things spicy) decided he wanted a small one to hang from his rear view mirror in his car. A different lady helped me this time and she was very kind! I will say that she put the small one in a plastic bag and didn't explain how to keep it, but that may have been because I told her we had been in the day before getting a larger one. I thought we paid a decent price for what we got and the service from both ladies was stellar! read more

We bought a large ristra here and were very satisfied. We came back about a week later and two more small ones as gifts for some friends. As we were packing this afternoon we noticed they were moldy. Really moldy. The peppers were falling off. All three had to be thrown out. We were never told not to keep them in the bags the store provided, either time we purchased. The second time there were two young guys so enamored with watching racing videos on YouTube that they barely bothered to help us. Yeah, they were not the type to provide any kind of tips to customers for storage. When we called up it see if we could get a replacement we were basically told this is your problem, not ours. So basically we learned a $100 lesson. Buyer beware is all I can say. read more

While visiting Santa Fe I developed a sudden obsession of wanting to buy a sleeveless top with the Zia symbol on it. Harder to find that you'd think! I was looking for it around the plaza and a nice lady from Detours suggest I should check out Tees & Skis. Off I went, the guy working here was bringing things inside, I ran in and he showed me what he had, actually a few options. He was patient for me to try things on and decide. Prices are decent and they have a great selections of shirts, t-shirts, great quality. So I found my top and I was a happy girl! read more

Wow terrible terrible service....I understand we are in a pandemic but just acknowledging the customer when they walk in would've been nice... worst customer service ever...the two young people there were too busy flirting and looking at apps on their phones and talking to Siri to help us find a T-shirt. I hope the owner is aware of this behavior, not good for business and we had specifically found the store on Yelp and made a point to stop there. :( read more
