When I finally got them I found out I ordered the wrong size plus I had lost some weight. When I called and asked for an exchange Dean decided that he gave me what I ordered so no exchange. Customer service is abysmal at best at this place. I didn't ask for anything special just an exchange of jeans for a smaller size. If you need uniforms go somewhere else.
